Do it!!!
FC has been absolutely amazing. I have been a member for about 1 year, maintained 170 lbs, but dropped 3 inches on my waist, and gained 2 inches on my thighs. All tge coaches are amazing, and they are always canvassing the FC community to make things better and more user friendly. Only thing is, though... no android app yet... still waiting on that... but I still give it 5 stars...
No Support, Worst Purchase - But app is decent
Don't let their website fool you like it did me....I spent MONTHS, yes months, trying to get replacement punch sensors for the set my husband bought me as an early Christmas gift. Emailed them in mid-December about the issue, didn't receive the new sensors till March (no joke). I will never buy a single thing from them again.
No Support
Trackers failed, no support, shocking and well over price, they dont sell trackers independently, which is what i have got, im not paying that price..
No one works there, Champ
Ordered with the promise of shipping "within 10-15 days." Of course I'm a month in and I've received gloves. Just gloves. I've now contacted them twice to get tracking numbers for the $1350 worth of product I purchased from them and I've gotten so far no reply. Absolutely horrendous customer service. At minimum the company should supply shipping information so that you feel more confident you haven't been ripped off. At the moment, I'm feeling pretty ripped off.

Ordered over 20 days ago and cannot speak with anyone about the order. This is an extremely sketchy business and it is impossible to speak with anyone on the phone. Partial order has arrived and there is no information on the remaining part of the order. Very upset about spending $1300+ and not able to access information about my order.
So overpriced
So overpriced, the instructors are not motivating and almost seem bored teaching, and they claim 30 day money back gaurantee but it cant be open and used, and you have to pay shipping. I just sold mine on marketplace for less than i paid but still better than paying $500 in shipping costs.
Do Not Waste Your Money
My experience is exactly as described by everyone else on here. Ordered and it took forever to get here. Came in different shipments. They say they offers 30 day guarantee from the DATE OF ORDER. I’ve sent them 5 different emails. There is no information on where or how to return. You can get everything in their package for less than four hundred dollars online. There is NOTHING in the package that you can’t buy and have in two days from Amazon. The Fightcamp membership (training) is an additional $39 per month. You can get the same thing on YouTube for free. You have to pay for return shipping and the boxes are big. I can only imagine what the return will cost but I’ll pay it to be done with it.
I want to punch them, if I could only find them...

Customer service is unavailable by phone (“too busy, Champ, we are not a call center”... literally the automatic answering message.) quality of what I have seen so far is mediocre. You could buy these items for a fraction of what they charge you. Nothing special. Premium price should at least mean premium service. Well...
AVOID! Do not buy from them!
Everything arrived piecemeal so it was about a week before I could actually use it. One of the wraps is stained and smells like BO, so I'm guessing it was used because they restock products, which they're redistributing during a PANDEMIC.
The bag base moves around despite being filled with water. Support told me I should've gotten sand instead, which isn't feasible without a car in Chicago during a pandemic. Support also said I could've ordered the ring base. Why the hell am I expected to pay more on top of all I've already paid? Should this not be ready to go out of the box?
Fightcamp is also refusing to pay return shipping and support has yet to respond. AVOID. GET A PELOTON.
