I asked them if I could join, for real reasons I couldn't, because of this the Fight Camp team must have seen this as an a opportunity to harass me, they were responsible for harassing my parents as well, they were reported to the authorities, and they are harassing other people I know because they feel like they are able to because they have an attitude about peoples Christianity, which is sectarianism. They were reported for crime eventually. They couldn't even offer people who interacted with them during their harassment an opportunity to train and learn, people who interacted with them were put off by their awful attitude.

I started kickboxing because I wanted to feel healthy again after having my second child. I was overweight out of shape and miserable. Everything literally changed for me on day one out one. I found something I absolutely loved and I’m now five years in. I work out at least five days a week. I do strength training I have quadruple how much I can dead lift and just successfully pulled off a? Kick. That is 100% because of FightCamp. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Makes it almost impossible to cancel membership.

Great customer support! I emailed them complaining that the trackers I got were not supported outside of my home, and they sent me a different kind that allows you to get away from your console. The workouts themselves are great, and while I don’t love that each workout requires a tracker (I’ve been boxing for years and never cared about punch count), it’s the best boxing workout app I’ve ran into. If you plan on going to the gym get the first gen trackers!

I purchased the bag, trackers, and wraps from Fight Camp for someone as a Christmas gift. Fight Camp tricked me by hiding a monthly fee into my purchase. 18 months later, never received a bill or even one receipt for their reoccurring fees.
Scammers stole my money! Upon contacting customer support, Fight Camp refused to refund the money they stole.
Do NOT TRUST FIGHT CAMP!!!
This product is a SCAM!!!

Brian took a training course today that I was taking part of. He was absolutely brilliant he was very good at explaining things and was easy to follow. He took the time to explain everything to each and every one of us in the class. He was verry knowledgeable and I could tell he was a verry experienced fighter all round his self and coach. I learned things I have never done before that will help me be a better fighter. This was a couching course for boxing, pad work, foot work, punching warm up, and combinations. He’s an expert and has a back ground in all combat sports. I just want to thank him and will definitely be doing another class next time he’s at my club or al go to him. I enjoyed Using Fight Camp At First Until I asked For A refund On A Certain Item I didn't Need. Their Customer Service Is Awful. I Had To Fill Out A Request That Has To Be Reviewed Which Takes Up To 24hrs, During That Time You Get A Generic Email Stating They Received Your Request, And Thats As Far As It Goes. Eventually After Email After Email, Someone Finally Called Me Gave Me A Great Sales Pitch And told Me A refund Will Be Issued. Its Been 3 weeks Now, No Refund And Still Getting The Runaround. I Received An Email From The Ceo When I first Joined Thanking Me. I'm Pretty Sure That Was A Generic Email. I Reached Out To Him About My Concern Never Heard Back. So If The Ceo Of The Company Doesn't Care That Should Be An Indication No One Elese Does. They Advertise Hassel Free Return. There Is Nothing Hassel Free About It. Their Actions Make It Very Clear Your Money Is More Important Than You Are. I bought My Equipment Out Right. The One Thing They Excel At Are Great Excuses. I am A New Member Only 2 Months And I Am Very Unhappy. I Clearly Made A Mistake Choosing Fight Camp. Do Your Homework. There Are Other Options Out There. I Know Everyone's Experience is Different, I Just Wanted To Share Mine.

I downloaded their app, supposedly one of the best "free" boxing app available. Turned out it wasn't free at all, you have to their purchase expensive trackers, without it nothing will work. I didn't want to invest in expensive extra useless equipment so I decided to just delete the account and app. But it turns out that you cannot delete your account or data! They implemented a 4 steps process which still hasn't been completed after almost 2 months. You need to message them a request for your information to be deleted, then you need to confirm yourself via a link they send you on your email. Then an automatic reply should inform you that someone will check your demand of deletion and come back to you (basically telling you they can just refuse to delete your data, without any justification. Although that would require them to actually reply). And so far, after multiple attempts, I still haven't heard back from anyone and I'm still waiting for the account to be deleted. Such shady company, not even sure this is legal. Wish I had known beforehand, I would have stayed well away from them.

They make it impossible to cancel once you join. Beware this is a scam.

A little expensive, but the quality is pretty good. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because they requires a membership to use any service.

Don’t buy it. Trackers won’t work and they only have ai and email to fix any problems you have. Not to mention you can’t do any boxing while the trackers don’t work. Absolute horrible service wouldn’t buy. Worth paying for a real bag and watching a YouTube boxing workout rather than doing this.

Horrible product and they continued to charge multiple times after cancellation, even a year plus after cancelled, and they will not refund, having to get credit card company and lawyer involved. Gloves do not register hits, bag is sub par, and everything is 3x the price you can find elsewhere. A very sneaky and unreputable company, avoid at all costs.

FightCamp is a scam: Product (boxing trackers) doesn’t work, no customer service, no money back, charge you ridiculous prices for unwanted membership without getting anything in return. Stay away!

Customer Service - worst I've ever experienced, you have to schedule a call via Calendly to speak to anyone, they don't even offer live chat support.

Product - sensors didn't work most of the time, and as mentioned above it takes a few days to speak with anyone about anything so trying to resolve that was a huge hassle.

Value - You can buy the same bag for $149 instead of $500 and find similar videos on YouTube for free instead of spending $40 a month.

I returned the product weeks ago, paid $586, they refunded me $99...what a waste of time and money. Don't get me wrong, I love the idea but they are charging a premium price and offering the worst service I've ever encountered.

If I could leave no stars I would. I have had problems since day 1 but I ignored and excused it. First, I have never been able to sync my wrist with the punches. One wrist band never seems to charge (as you see I don't know the name of the equipment). It never worked and was more of a headache to manage them use as a work out. Needless to say, I have never used this equipment to workout. But the real problem is getting them to cancel my subscription. I have suspended and requested a cancellation to no avail. I do not recommend purchasing this or ordering the subscription because they do not allow you to cancel and they continue to charge the card the monthly fee. I plan to report and dispute all future charges because I have not authorized the charges. Oh one last message, Good luck with getting in touch with their support.

Wow.. talk about all wrong with this company. Ordered it with great expectations and started waiting.. waited over a months and bunch of excuses including the COO., end result is nothing. They could not manage to deliver the product and I had to cancel it. Weeks of run around, apologies and wasting time over the phone, emails, the end result is nothing.

REASON: IF A COMPANY CAN NOT EVEN MANAGE A DELIVERY OF THEIR OWN PRODUCT, HOW DO YOU THINK THEY ARE GONNA DO WHEN YOU NEED SUPPORT?CALL THEIR NUMBER AND YOU WILL WAIT A LONG TIME FOR SUPPORT BUT FOR NEW ORDERS THEY ANSWER IMMEDIATELY. THEY HAVE “ 0 “ CONTROL OF THEIR PRODUCT AND AT SOME POINT THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHERE IT WAS AND WHY I DONT HAVE IT YET. GREAT PART IS AFTER I CANCELLED THE ORDER WE MAGICALLY RECEIVED A DELIVERY NOTIFICATION AND STILL WANTED TO SEE IF THEY WANNA DO IT RIGHT AND CONTACTED WITH “COO” BACK SINCE HE TOLD ME TO CONTACT HIM ANYTIME ( SURE ) AND TOLD HIM THAT IT LOOKS LIKE ON SCHEDULE NOW, DID YOU ALL CANCEL IT OR? STILL WANTED TO GIVE IT A SHOT AFTER WAITING FOREVER. BUT GUESS WHAT THAT “COO” WHO SENT ME A LONG MAIL WHO SEALED IT WITH “ CALL ME ANYTIME “, DISAPPEARED. HE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER RESPONDING AND CANCELLED THE SCHEDULE IMMEDIATELY. YOU WANNA BUY IT, GO AHAED BUT PREPARE YOURSELF FOR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT IS COMING FROM THE HEAD OF THE COMPANY. VERY DISAPPOINTED AS WE HAD GREAT HOPES BUT FELL TOO SHORT. MARKETING IS A TRUE MAGIC IN THIS CASE.

I've only had Fight Camp for a week, but I love it so far! I've never been a big fan of running for cardio, nor have I been very interested in Boxing. This solution is fantastic and a lot of fun.

Customer support is also fantastic. I bought the wrong gloves and they helped me get switched out to the right size.

This is the first workout program that is sustainable for the long term. I literally get sad if I miss a day because of how therapeutic it is for me, especially after the last year and a half. I can’t say enough about the program and the coaches. 💯

Great experience so far. Really enjoy the music, classes, and quality product.

I’m 50 and overweight, it’s hard to workout enough to sweat for me because of the extra weight. With FightCamp I get an awesome workout in15 minutes and sweat like crazy. I feel like I’ve accomplished something and feel good about myself. Highly recommend!!!
