waited 6 months to receive my order only for it to be horribly made with flimsy plastic, wires sticking out and just plain cheap looking. There goes $400+ down the drain. Thanks.

After waiting six month for my new Mk50 helmet from thearmorplace, my helmet arrived. The box was not damaged. But, the helmet has all types of malfunctions. When closed, it didn’t align correctly, the gears didn’t open smooth, didn’t respond to the remote and sometimes not even voice commands. I sent an email to the company who wasted 3 hours of my time trying to not accept responsibility (blaming shipping) and asking for more and more pics and vid’s of the issues. They finally asked for me to return it for a replacement. I asked for a return label from them. Instead, I had to buy a label and they would immediately refund me (took 2 days) with the other promise they would immediately send a new helmet with video of it working properly (since this helmet has obviously not been checked). Once they got proof of shipment, they decided to back out on that promise as well and refunded my payment. Wasted six months. All of this, and the plastic is very thin and feels cheap. Compared to the MK5 I know you’re capable of doing better. All I got was excuses and wasted time. Such a disappointment.

Love my mask and it makes a great collectable item for my collection. Thank you and you will hear from me in the future for a next purchase.

Got it just before Halloween but you send me somebody else’s order they didn’t fit me right so it was really big.

At first I was skeptical. Like no this is not real so I jumped out the window and purchased the iron man helmet for my boyfriend for Christmas. When I tell you I was so excited that I really didn’t read the extended time frame it took for delivery. It took four in a half weeks to get it but when we finally got it. My boyfriend was so excited.. he loves it… it’s very fancy. It has a few little tweaks that’s needs fixing but it’s worth the money. we’re happy with our iron man helmet..

Easy to use website. Not as expensive as we expected. Package was delivered in time for Christmas. Helmet was amazing, daughter is very pleased. Outer package was damaged but not inner packaging or helmet. Just need a stand for it now.

Joe Toys has been very responsive when I had questions and needed support. They fixed my order when I messed up and even refunded me the difference. They helped me troubleshoot when there was an issue. They know their products and have amazing customer service. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

I saved up for MONTHS to be able to afford this gift for my boyfriend for christmas. It was the only thing i got him because it was the only thing i could afford and he has been talking about wanting this mask for a long time. he is the biggest marvel fan i know. anyways, the mask took a week longer than it should’ve to arrive. it was crappy, but i could deal with it. we opened the mask yesterday morning, december 25th. after he tried it on and used it we set it back down because we had to go to our families christmas. when we got home we went to bed and this morning december 26th he tried it on again. it didn’t work. the mask won’t move, won’t turn on, won’t do anything. the sounds it does make are random, they sound distorted. but the mask won’t do anything. i am really really upset. i would like a full refund at the very least. this mask is garbage after one use. we have handled it with extreme care. not sure why i wasted months saving up tips from my job just to have it all go to waste.

Dont buy it!!!! This company never gave me a answer on the sizing they gave dimensions but the weren't accurate it's is cool buy cheaper then expected definitely for a small child's head, they are running some kinda con cause when I was trying to exchange rights away they were trying to get me to pay more money this was shady AF, the way they handled it I hope no one buys anything from them again

Amazing product, I loved the quality and workmanship on this Ironman MK5 helmet.
The communication was amazing as well, every time I text or emailed I got a response within 24 hours some times right away. Loved their products and customer service so much I already placed another order and I am looking to get one of their 3D printed Iron man suit.

I prodotti sono a dir poco spettacolari, il servizio clienti molto disponibile e presente. I tempi di spedizione per l’Italia sono abbastanza lunghi (sui 3 mesi) ma ci sta e lo sapevo perfettamente ma, nonostante questo, ne vale veramente la pena.
Chiaramente avevo timore ad acquistare perché comunque i prezzi non sono irrisori ma vi posso assicurare che arriva tutto e ci tenevo a lasciare una recensione per le persone che vogliono acquistare dall’Italia! Super consigliato!
