Had some technical troubles and sent a message and was contacted the same day and Chris helped me get everything fixed up! Super fast and great customer service!!! Thank you!!!

Talk about above and beyond. I need to combine multiple accounts. I e-mailed support after hours and just a short time later, it was done! Who has minor tech support after hours and fixes the issue in hours? Jeol Grimes, that's who!

I had a challenge with my order. As it turns out, I had two log-in accounts and the Joel Grimes group helped me quickly identify which account contained my latest purchase.

I’m always surprised by good customer service as it’s such a rarity these days but I had some missing videos from my account (which I’d actually bought from another website) and they were very helpful and got the particular video I needed into my account really quickly.

I had a difficult time with my password sign in after a purchase. I contacted support and received a link that helped me to open my purchase and it worked perfectly. The quick customer service I received was wonderful...they also asked me how they could improve...amazing customer service...Thank you kindly for the help to complete my purchase.

I subscribed to Joel Grimes’ page sometime ago, but just looked into it recently.
I find it of high quality, pleasant and very interesting.
I downloaded, free, some very nice and enriching publications, a stunning collection of brushes and an amazing Grunge Portrait Effect preset.
I had to contact the Support people, to clarify several points or ask different questions, I have received clear answers within 1 to 3 hours maximum.
I am very happy with my subscription.

One of my courses wasn’t showing up in my library, but a quick email to their support team and everything was fixed very quickly!

Joel, I love your courses. You truly provide a lot of inspiration. Not only do you have a great knowledge of photography, but I also love the way you explain everything. It motivates me a lot to continue improving my photography. You're fantastic, take care

The tutorial is absolutely amazing and the technical response is phenomenal. This course is one that I would recommend to any serious photographer who's ready to level up their skills.

Great material and very easy to follow. Makes learning easy and responds to inquiries quickly.

Joel's products are wonderful and his customer service team is timely and helpful. I love having a team I know that I can trust and learn from.

I began my journey with Joel Grimes Photography a few months ago. Recently, they had a sale on their courses, and I decided to purchase them for my niece, who is starting her career in professional photography.

I went through the process of buying the courses and followed the FAQs to transfer them to my niece. When I reached out to customer support, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Chris.

Chris provided exceptional assistance and made the entire transfer process incredibly straightforward. In today's world, good customer service after a purchase isn't always guaranteed, but in this instance, I'm genuinely thrilled with the service I received. I'm looking forward to my niece making great use of the course materials.

Chris in technical support helped me with an issue I created. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Great customer service.

Very happy good experience with the support of Joelgrimes.
Very efficient and very quick reply - Love it

The response to my question was quick (within 24 hours) and, more importantly, correct.

Appreciate the follow thru and quick response

Superb product as always from Joel.
Friendly and fast support. I’ll be back next time for sure - what comes next?

Joel Grimes' website presents his photographs and courses simply and clearly. I enjoy looking at Mr. Grimes' photographs. Each tells a story in his refreshingly elegant, uniquely dynamic style.

I took advantage of an offer on a product they were advertising but mustn’t have clicked on the offer properly and was charged the full amount. I emailed support and they refunded me straight away.
