Joelgrimes Anmeldelser

Chris was able to quickly resolve and issue with a product now showing up in my library.
Thank you for the excellent service!

Immediate response which answered the query. Superb support. Well done

Joel grimes is a very skilled teacher of photography.
For those of us who do not speak English as our first language, it is important that the teacher speaks slowly and clearly. This is what Joel Grimes does.

I’m really enjoying the photography lessons. They are well organized and easy to follow. And the customer support that you get is excellent. Thank you.

Top notch, after hours customer service. Problem solved instantaneously.

Having purchased and followed Joel Grimes tutorials in the past I knew I was in good hands. But had a little technical hitch with my last purchase and the support team are also top notch.
Replied and sorted in no time. Can't recommend Joel courses enough, but know his team are there for you as well.

The courses are fantastic as expected. In addition, on my recent purchase I made a mistake while inputting my email. I sent out an inquiry as I didn’t receive my course and within minutes they found my mistake, made the correction and delivered my product to my library. Fantastic service and a very quick response.

Wonderful classes and resources! Well worth it! Congratulations!

Desde que conozco el trabajo de Joel Grimes me ofrece en cada curso muchisimo contenido de gran calidad tecnica y artistica. Se entrega en cada curso y me da la creatividad para tener mi estilo mas definido y cuidado.

Chris at Customer services was perfect , credit to the company

I made a mistake when I ordered a course from this company and contacted them with a request to change the order. They responded quickly and could not exactly accommodate my request, but suggested an alternative. I followed their advice and it was resolved in a couple of hours. And all of this happened on a Sunday afternoon right before the holidays. Outstanding customer service!

I have watched and purchased so many other tutorials, and I hardly ever watch again, until I purchased one of Joel Grimes tutorial videos. OMG Joel’s presentation and content just clicked for me. So inspirational and educational. Joel Grimes is my mentor and I wholeheartedly recommend his tutorials. Also accessing the website and my purchases are easy, and great support if you have any queries.

Joel Grimes is an outstanding teacher.

Amazing value for money and great education provided. I love all the courses, I love the look and feel of the photography and everything is explained in a way that is simple to understand and easy to implement.

Excellent support with my Brushes package here in Cornwall England! Very professional remote help.
Many thanks Chris😊

'The Artist' absolutely nailed it! I've dabbled with photography for a good few years, shot semi pro doing event work for many of those but this module has just hit me like a Tsunami. Allowing my creative side to expand is where I want to be and these modules have made me realise that. Thank you.

Joel Grimes Photography Academy offers an exceptional learning experience for photographers at all levels. Having attended both in-person training with Joel and taken several of his online courses, I can confidently say that his approach to photography is both insightful and inspiring. Joel's techniques are practical and innovative, making complex concepts accessible and engaging. His lessons are well-structured, and his outlook on photography—focused on creativity, storytelling, and technical mastery—resonates deeply with students. I consider Joel to be a virtual mentor, as his guidance has had a profound impact on my growth as a photographer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their craft.

I have recently bought Joel's course and I recieved a newsletter about the new discounted courses. The price of them was good so I gave them a shot. They are definitely worth the money, however I don't understand why it has to be divided into several websites.

My Still Life photography course is accessible on joelgrimes website, the portrait courses are accessible on creatorfoundry... Doesn't make any sense, it would be obvious to access everything on the same platform. The website isn't intuitive, you can access the courses only via a direct link, once you click on another section of the website it is often not possible to locate the course again. Imho the website should be improved. There are so many great tutors like Joel or Photigy who have great content but the website is from the 90s. :-)

There is also absolutely no choice to buy additional courses, all the website offers is my course library. Does it mean the next time a bundle will be discounted it will be accessible from different, thirs website? This would prevent me from buying anymore honestly.

I was slightly confused with how to install the product, put it down to my senior years.

An email to the helpdesk brought a quick response, breaking it down for me into easy to understand plain language.

Within a few clicks I was up and running!

Excellent content and especially the approach to creativity
