My experience with Joel and Chris has been exceptional. They have supported me throughout my inquiry.
Thank you

After commenting on the offer, I received a very quick reply. They also handled & resolved my complaint very quickly & efficiently.

Retired! Found my new passion, photography! With camera in hand, you say "where do I start now". You shoot thousands of pictures with a few keepers. Needed the information from someone that I have been watching online, Joel Grimes! I wasn't treated as a number, Joel and his staff cared! Took advantage of some of his offers - Now I have found my passion again and my pictures are --- as my friends and the public say - WOW! Take advantage of anything Joel is offering! You will not be disappointed! Thank you, Joel, and staff! Hope to meet you someday in person! Best! Phil Rusnak

Joel is a communicator extraordinaire! He makes difficult concepts easy to understand and hammers home key points. He clearly has a passion and a gift for teaching. Well done, Joel!

I noticed that Joel is very honest man, in addition to high professional knowledge and experience. That's a good start for a successful collaboration.

Genuine and thorough. I'm continually impressed by Joel Grimes' Master Classes, tutorials, downloads and added perks. Everything is well-presented, clear, concise and extremely informative.

Joel shares his approach to tweaking a subject, props, lighting, post editing, etc, etc, and then tweaking further (hey – whatever it takes!) to make it perfect, while sometimes using brief on-site anecdotes making his tutorials all the more interesting.

Joel generously shares technical skills that he's perfected over the years making his photographic style unique in capturing the essence of the moment while also planting ideas in the minds of seasoned and budding photographers.

Joel Grimes' video on AI is very helpful in expelling the uses of AI in photography. He explains how AI helps expand photo editing, but does not replace photography. I knew about the Bridge app, but did not use it very much. His video went into detail about how it works and the many features that connect it to Camera Raw whose improvements are many that I did not realize. I will now start using Camera Raw much more in my editing process.

I had a minor issue and asked for help, which came in no time at all. Issue resolved. Further more, managing all of my assets in my Library could not be easier. Material is top notch as well!

Wow! I asked for tips on using the Profoto A10 lighting system, and I got them the next day! I’ll definitely purchase future training videos from here! Great job, and great team!

Chris, from the Support Team, demonstrated what exemplary customer service means - went straight to the bottom of my problem, on an Sunday afternoon (when I didn’t expect any response at all!!), responded in a matter of minutes and resolved the issue. Thank you Chris!!

I ordered one of the Joel Grimes' online classes, which he was selling at a reduced price if you entered a discount code at checkout. I failed to enter the discount code and realized too late I was charged the full amount. I emailed customer support and was immediately given a credit for the difference -- no questions asked. It's nice to do business with someone who has this excellent level of customer service.

Great customer service, great classes, excellent teaching methods... Joel really knows his stuff and he makes learning easy!

Joelgrimes is a great photographer an instructor too.I buy him some good bundles wich help me to perfect my photography. as far as I'm concerned, I'd like him to do more training courses on film photography because I'd be interested in buying some from him.

It's a great course, everything is explained very well and I've learned a lot to take my pictures to a next level.
Olso the customer service is great!

I have reached out to the website a couple of times and have had very quick responses. Customer service is superb, right in line with the quality of instruction and printed materials. Good job.

Happy with my purchase and excellent/responsive customer service, thank you!

When I wrote asking for a follow up on my order, the response time was within a couple of minutes. So impressed with the customer service. Thank you.

As a photographer myself here in Canada, I first found out about Joel Grimes on Creative Live. I have several tutorials from Joel and they are fantastic.
The tutorials are very detailed and since between life and work I don't have much spare time; by purchasing the curses I can learn on my own free time. Detailed and very creative, it is a resource that I can use time after time.

Thank you, Joel and your team.
