Ordered shorts on pre order, some were available but they didnt ship and re assured me they would be delivered with pre order items, got an email today saying i wouldn’t be receiving my order at all, i always try to support smaller businesses and i was happy to wait but really disappointed at inaccuracy of communication, also received a discount code that didnt work ended up buying items at full price as i could see they were going out of stock

Always amazing products! Customer service were so helpful and resolved my issue immediately (no fault of their own) couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I am a reoccurring customer

Absolutely love this brand, their products are such good quality and made with real women in mind. Spending years being let down by the high street and how the clothes fit a woman's ever changing body has made me come to appreciate just what a staple this brand has become to me.
The team are wonderful to interact with and like I said, the quality is amazing, definitely worth the price tag!

I would have put no stars if it was possible.
Do not buy from this company unless you are prepared to keep un wanted/ ill fitting goods as their returns policy is a con and falls well below the standard you might expect from a reputable online trader

Placed an order on July 12th. Received an email confirmation & my credit card was charged. I have never received the order. Emailed them twice with no response. I am reporting them to the better business bureau.

Easy to navigate the site & quick delivery. I ordered some of the loose fitting tops that can be tightened. Really comfortable for the gym & cool in this hot weather.

I have not received the item which was ordered June 12 (28 days ago)

Order placed on 18th June and I am still waiting. Contacted the company via email to ask for an update and someone came back to say they would look into it and get back to me. I am still waiting for that response. Emailed again to ask for a refund due to not receiving the item. Awaiting a response to this email before going down the route of trading standards.

Leggings were ok, material is soft but they do roll down when exercising.
Slow to send items.
Had to return an item due to fit. Very slow to refund (still waiting after over two weeks and emails). Hoping I actually receive the refund. Unlikely to purchase from them again.

The leggings fit perfectly very comfortable and no rolling down at the waist. Bought i pair for myself and my teenage daughter will definitely be purchasing more.

Returned 2 fleeces that were way oversized and bought them in a smaller size as good quality product (5 star for that) Return was never completed. Item lost in the post? Sent the item 4 weeks ago but still no refund. Emailed multiple times as refund is over £100 but I have been ignored each time. Poor communication. Would not use again

This is the 3rd mystery bag I have purchased and it will be my last. None of my items match meaning I have to spend more money to be able to wear any of the items. I presumed they were a way to get quality items at a lower cost, which they are, although I am saving nothing when I have to purchase several other items to be able to wear them. You see influencers posting their mystery items and they match?!
