The floor routing was quick with no mess, the pipes were installed tested and grooves filled with latex a whole area with two loops and about 150m of pipe were completed in about 6 hrs in total
Work was efficient and preceded by clear guidance on preparation which was helpful. Crew who came were good though not very talkative.

A hassle free experience
A hassle free experience. Although performed by a different team each day they had obviously coordinated their work schedule and the whole process took less time and less mess than I was expecting. I should also mention the lady in accounts who dealt with my antiquated paying method (as I do not have internet banking) with patience and humour.

My first time of dealing with JK…
My first time of dealing with JK Flooring and I found the experience to be totally professional, they managed to answer all my many questions, the teams turned up when scheduled.
My main point of contact was with Laura Miles who I found to be very approachable and perfectional at all times and would say she is a true benefit to her Manager and the wider JK Flooring wider team.

great experience
I'm also eagerly awaiting the time of year to test the system but every single step of the installation was seamless and professional. The team are very kind and were very patient with the discovery of metal pipes in our floor that delayed the full installation. Thanks again Neil, Graham and Laura!

Hi Varinder,
With any 1 star review that we receive we will always look into the matter to see if there has indeed been a failing on our part.
After investigation with our sales team, it was found that you did have a quote sent to you on the 28th May [your review here was posted on June 4th].
Unfortunately, the quote we sent had been diverted into your spam/junk folder and this was later confirmed by yourself after our sales colleague James gave a follow call.
As the issue was beyond our control due to potential settings in a personal e-mail account we would certainly appreciate if your review could either be removed or edited on a fair basis after holding further conversations with our sales team on June 5th.
Warm regards

I was impressed by the whole team at JK…
I was impressed by the whole team at JK floorheating. From my initial contact with neil in the design phase and the countless contacts i had with the technical team, they were always quick to answer all the questions i had. The installation team of Guy and Jaden arrived as planned and went over the design ensuring I was still happy with the plans and placement of the Manifold. they were both polite and respectful of my property and were a credit to the team.
Hats off to everyone Involved in my installation and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Excellent response and great system
Excellent response when we had a leak. Fitted us in the next day. Plus - the system itself is brilliant. No mess and very quick and clean.
Following up JK's response: I should have added that the leak was not the fault of JK, but our builders who didn't know the pipes were there!!

James put my mind at rest…
After a tricky start with the monstrous Ts and Cs and an extra cost to analyse areas of my floor the man came to do the work.
James was there on time and immediately began to put my mind at rest as he briefed me on what he was going to do. He was polite and informative and worked quickly and efficiently during the process. He left the job with a smile and a cheery goodbye. Well done James.

Hi Karen,
Many thanks for taking the time to leave us with a positive review.
We really appreciate it.
Our T&C's can appear to be a little daunting, but we are pleased to know that you stuck with us and hope it can be understood that we do have to list a lot of information about our installation practice in order to ensure we are being as transparent as we can be to all of our customers.
Its great to hear that James from our Exeter team has however handled your installation with the customer care required. He certainly is a credit to our workforce and we will pass your comments back to him.
Should you ever require any further assistance, then please do contact us.
