Great service love my watch, thank you

I was a bit worried as seen on Facebook and bought on a whim really.
Watch looked nice and was limited edition so I just bought it.
Was pleasantly surprised when it turned up and was indeed genuine aswell as really nice quality and an great looking watch, presented extremely well in a lovely box

I like the width,thickness and appearance of it.

Paid for express delivery.
I’m still waiting .
Very poor service

When I read your story about the entrepreneurs start up and that this was the end product, I was very impressed and looked at the rest of the collection. The easy or purchasing was also a good experience and then the watch arrived within the two day period. So an all round great experience and a great product. I will be looking to make further purchase from JJ Monaghan Watches.

Great website with plenty of photos and information on the watches. A lovely introduction into who the owner is and how he started the business as well. The watch looks amazing, really good presentation and packaging, and it was delivered within 2 days.

We had unfortunately ordered two watches by mistake but the company reacted quickly and cancelled my daughters order and left mine intact great customer service can’t tell you anything about the watch as it’s pre ordered havnt received it yet
