Great at first, but refill delays became unacceptable
I was with Jill Health for a few years for Ozempic, and initially my experience was great. Unfortunately, over time, getting prescription refills became increasingly difficult and frustrating. Refills took too long, and I found myself having to repeatedly request medication that I needed on an ongoing basis.
I eventually switched my Ozempic prescription to another provider, and the difference has been significant. My refills are now sent automatically without me having to chase anyone or repeatedly request them, and I’m much happier with the service.
Despite that experience, I decided to give Jill Health another chance for menopause treatment. Unfortunately, I’m running into the same refill issues again. I still have to manually request my prescription refills, and even when I request them a full week in advance, they don’t always ship in time. That means I can end up missing my next scheduled dose simply because my medication hasn’t been fulfilled and shipped when needed.
For a service managing ongoing prescription medications, reliable and timely refills should be a basic expectation. Patients shouldn’t have to constantly monitor, request, and chase down prescriptions just to avoid missing a dose.
At this point, I’m seriously considering moving this prescription to another provider as well and ending my relationship with Jill Health altogether. It’s disappointing because my experience with them started out so positively, but the ongoing refill problems have made the service unreliable for me.

I have a hard time believing this is legitimate.
I purchased perimenopausal screening and after a long wait I got a blood work requisition form with the name Dr. E Generic on the paperwork. The woman at the blood clinic thought it was fake which I'm starting to think it is. My blood was collected 10 business days ago so I inquired with Jill Health customer service where my results were - and they asked me to figure out how they can get the results as they have yet to receive them? I gave the customer service chatbot all the information I could and still nothing. No results. No replies. They keep just saying thank you for your patience. I've tried requesting a refund as all of this feels very fake and a money grab but to no avail. They are not providing the service I paid for. The customer service response time is also just as slow as everything else Ive experienced so far with hardly responses at all.

We want to clarify a few points: your requisition is legitimate and issued through our licensed clinical workflow, and lab work is processed through accredited third-party laboratories. Occasionally, there can be delays in results being released or routed back to our system, which is not the experience we aim for.
