To clarify, shipping timeframes are provided by the courier service and are outside of our control. In your case, you selected NZ Post Economy, which is known to have longer delivery windows, particularly during the busy holiday season like Christmas.

You made payment after hours on 3rd December, and your shipment was promptly dispatched within 1 business day on 5th December, well within our service timeframes. While we do everything we can to ensure timely handling on our end, delays during transit are unfortunately managed by the courier.

We appreciate your understanding of these factors, and if you’re satisfied with our handling of your shipment, we kindly ask you to reconsider your review.

We understand your frustration regarding the missing rubber gasket. However, only one package with two metal parts arrived at our NZ warehouse for you, and we shipped it within 24 hours of receiving your payment as requested. Unfortunately, no rubber gasket was included in the package received from the retailer.

Prior to shipping, you were able to review the items received and specify their values, where it would have been clear that only two metal parts were listed. We recommend reaching out to the retailer regarding the missing gasket, as this is outside of our control.

We can confirm that we do indeed ship alcohol. However, due to strict import regulations, packages containing alcohol are automatically placed on hold until the customer contacts our support team. This is to ensure that all requirements for shipping alcohol are fully understood, as we want to avoid any disappointment due to import restrictions.

In this case, it appears we haven’t received your emails, which may be due to technical issues. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. As a solution, we’ve removed the hold flag from your shipment so you can now proceed to send your package at your discretion. If you incur any unexpected hold fees during this period, please reach out to us via our contact form on our website (https://www.jetkrate.com/contacts), which always reaches us. We’ll be happy to waive any fees that may have accumulated while you were unable to reach us.

After thoroughly investigating the issue, we can confirm that your emails unfortunately ended up in our spam folder, which prevented them from reaching our support team. This issue appears to be isolated to your email address, and we have shared evidence showing that your previous emails were caught in our spam filter. While we understand this is frustrating, unfortunately these matters are beyond our control. We have since whitelisted your email address so no future emails are impacted.

As for your shipment, it left our warehouse with the packaging intact, and it appears any damage occurred during transit.
