I spoke with Lilah about switching my sim card from old phone to new phone and she quickly understood what I needed and made it happen. She then went on to tell me about securing next years plan by autopay which made it extremely helpful. Now I don't have to set my calendar to remember this important update it will happen automatically. Well done, Lilah.

I added cell service in the USA on my Cell phone, this is the first time I have done this using an E-Sim. The phone did not work after activation and no number showed up in the sim manager on my cell. I deleted the sim profile on my cell and then called jethro mobile.Janet explained to me why there was no number on my cell, (because it is only visible when in the USA) and she also helped me purchase another e-sim for $2.99 and got it working. She was very helpfull and thanks again

Bought 3 GB data but can't do MMS messaging or use any data for the internet, when not using WIFI. They keep making me change settings & send them photos of my settings. Nothing has worked. This has been going on for 2 weeks & I am unable to speak to them on phone. They will only email me, but I have to wait hours for this. Will be leaving them very soon. They never return your call or pick up.

Basic phone service very unreliable for days on end in San Francisco Bay Area. No phone service or dial tone. Phone doesn't ring and can't leave a message. Phone plan paid for and phone is charged.

Jethro Mobile ported my number seamlessly from the train wreck which is Verizon. I bought the sim card and have perfect service while in the US and Mexico (wifi for Mex) at under 6 bucks a month - can't beat that.

Bought a prepaid SIM card with 30 days unlimited call, text and data, 10GB high speed feature. But after one week, the data was gone and Internet is not working. Called Jethro Mobile customer service for a solution. They told me that once the 10GB high speed is over (using for one week), the data speed goes to 2 GB. The 2GB experienced by me means no Internet at all. The Best solution Jethro told me is to pay another $45 US dollars+ tax and to buy a second card for 20GB high speed card. Is anyone willing to buy a second card for another week?

I needed a 'cheap' phone plan after my old company suddenly when out of business. I also needed a sim card that would work in my ancient Pixel 2XL. After buying the card I had to reach out to customer service but ten minutes later the phone was working and it works on my new used Pixel 7a.

You can't go wrong for the price and I've used Mint and Red Pocket in the past.

I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS & NO REPLY FROM JETHRO. I purchased a Jethro Mobile SIM card for a trip to US. We drove to grocery store our first night and couldn't access Maps for the drive home. We were stranded and didn't know how to get back to our rental. Absolutely NO DATA coverage when we were driving. I could send texts and make calls but no internet. WASTE OF MONEY!

I bought a Jethro Sim online after reading good reviews. I called and had it set to activate on Jan 18 when we crossed the border. The lady I talked to was very helpful, checked my phone to see if it was compatible, gave me instructions etc. Turn my phone off and then back on after we were in the US. Long story short, We have been on the road a week without any data. I can make and receive calls and texts but can't access data. I even stopped at a T-Mobile store and again they didn't know anything about Jethro or why it wouldn't work. I went online for suggestions, etc. Today I phoned and again no help or solution. We have travelled through 8 states and no coverage or data. The agent said possibly my phone wasn't compatible. Why was I told it was? It has been a very frustrating experience! I would never recommend this product

I had a very positive experience when ordering my USA Sim card with Jethro. The agent was well versed in the available plans, patient and mad my experience stress free. Thank you, Jethro. I have passed on my positive experience to other Canadian Snowbirds.

I have tried Jethro Mobile SIM cards twice, once in NYC and once in Port Angles WA. In neither locations did the SIM work. In NYC the coverage was spotty and weak and in Port Angles simply did not work at all. On contacting support I did get a credit for the NYC experience and so I thought I would try in WA state but no luck. They are expensive and obviously do not have a product that functions the way it should. The most recent experience in Port Angeles confirmed my thoughts to never use their service again.

My experience was beautiful. I received a 365 day plan as a gift and there was an issue with the SIM card compatibility with my Android. The Customer service us stellar. I received both a call and an email. I was quickly remedied! Thank you for your prompt response!

Had problems crossing from Canada to USA but after talking to a representative she quickly straightened everything out. She explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommended

Not good. I had a terrible experience; from purchasing, porting, coverage . all of it. red pocket is a good alternative. no issue at all. they recommend keeping wifi calling on for calls to work. not sure how that should work when you are not home.

In porting my mobile number to another carrier I was advised to keep the Jethro mobile plan open. The payment for a new billing cycle occurred on the same day as the porting. I was told that it would be refunded but, then they said no. This plan is for seniors and they very much bilk them. When I asked for a pro-rated bill for the one hour of use they said no. A terrible company that is exploiting seniors. BUYER BEWARE!

I ported my mother's phone service to another carrier, which coincidentally happened on the first day of her service for the month. They charged her for the whole month/put through an automatic payment. I emailed and called for a refund, but I was told no repeatedly. I insisted that this was terrible considering that my mother had service for one hour. Finally, I was given half the monthly fee back, not exactly prorating. This company sells this product almost exclusively to elderly people. We had continual billing problems with them and this last incident leads me to believe that they are preying on the elderly.
