If you are thinking about using a Blacktel number for online verification just don't, it won't work on almost any service. Neither with SMS or call options. Look somewhere else

It’s a scam. Don’t don’t pay for anything as it’s a just virtual app with no functionality!

I submitted a ticket, got a one line useless answer, and then they stopped responding to me. The worst part is that you can only have a single ticket with them, they won't let you open others. So, they left the ticket open and I cannot open a new one.

I deposited funds to use their SMS verification service. However, I could not complete verification with my own, real phone number.
I submitted a refund request (Ticket 6725) on 12/18/2025 but have received no reply.

It is a whole scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this subhuman website. There is no any service they provide !!!!

I deposited money with Blacktel.io, purchased a phone, and paid for their service. However, I no longer receive SMS messages — it seems many of their numbers are inactive. I contacted their support team several weeks ago, but I never received any reply.

This company does not deliver what it promises, and they ignore their customers. In my experience, they are scammers.

It's a scam. They lure into depositing money first, then expose their hidden rules, for example banning due to use of VPN and not even giving a warning to turn it off?? Summited a ticket - nothing, no feedback if they actually received or what is going on.. just redirects to home page with no message. Putrid UX. Is this website developed by interns?

This company is a scam. Their call service doesn’t work — I lost €25. They never reply to messages, and customer support is completely unresponsive. Avoid at all costs.

They let you deposit Bitcoin and the give you a number that only receives text messages. The Blacktel app instructs you to verify your mobile number in order to make voice calls, but you only get two tries (Childish). I have been stuck on the "receive text only" since I started, two weeks ago. So basically I was looking for a second voice line for a project, and ended up losing some crypto. Lesson learned

How can I give this 0 score? They ask me to deposit first, and gave me free number, which is good. But I am not able to send/receive phone call, and send SMS. What I can do is only receiving SMS.

I raised ticket, and waiting for answer for weeks, still open. No support email, no support phone, no location, no company info, how come this service still online for Android and iPhone?

This site is a SCAM. I bought a Whatsapp number and they do not want to provide me a solution. they sold me a VOIP number and whatsapp does not allow them.

This is the worst service I have ever encountered! I wanted to buy a virtual phone number in Hong Kong, topped up my balance and started registering a phone number, but it turns out that you need to live in Hong Kong to register, then what is the point of buying this virtual number, I don’t understand, there is no information about this on the website in advance, after which I wrote to technical support and wanted to return the money, but my messages have simply not been read for more than a week, there are simply no answers

SCAMMERS ALL MY MONEY STOLEN, NO REPLY FROM SUPPORT!!

I have also fallen victim to these scammers. I purchased a virtual number for my small local business and once purchased i was unable to use the number. Initially I deposited a higher amount of funds as they accept bitcoin however this amount never arrived in the deposit wallet (They more then likely drained the funds as soon as they seen it). I contacted support about not being able to use the virtual number i had purchased along with the funds that were missing. After waiting 4 days for a reply this no joke the reply i received "Dont use proxy/vpn". I dont even know what a proxy or a vpn is, I had to google it and to answer the scammers question, no I dont have a proxy or vpn I have never used one.

This seems to be there typical response according to other victims review. Seems like they keep you waiting and having to go back and fourth which allows them time to steal your money and successfully have it transferred into there origin country before you can do anything

Scammed by this company do not use. Created an account and before you can start using the platform it asks you to deposit credits, after doing so they block your account immediately. I contacted support and after waiting 3 days for a response they said my account is behind a vpn/proxy and cant help any further. I dont even have a vppn or proxy and have never used one. These people are clearly scamming everyone and all my deposit money is gone. Do not use and keep well away from these scammers

This company accepts prepaid payments and does not provide the appropriate services. It is a fraudulent company that does not even have a customer center
