Buzzing with my £10 site credit! Haven't been lucky enough to win big yet, but the guys are just so friendly, they seem genuinely thrilled when someone wins, they're gutted when you don't, and some of the prizes (monetary or otherwise) are out of this world!

Really sorry to hear you have had this experience. Our SMS provider is one of the market leaders and we expect their systems to work as intended. Unfortunately if the unsubscribe link does not add you to the optout list this is out of our control and can only apologise for this.
We can however manually add your number to the optout list if you would rather not recieve marketing SMS.
I have checked back through our messages and I cannot seem to see any from you regarding this issue, if you can get in touch either via our Facebook page or the email address provided on site we can get this sorted no problem. We have several Thomas Smith on our database so we would like to ensure we remove the correct number.
Our SMS are not intended as harassment which is why they are limited to just draw days and the vast majority of our users find it an invaluable form of communication, so again we apologise for your experience.
1 star reviews are extremely damaging to our business and believe this situation could have easily been resolved had you made us aware of this issue earlier. I hope we can come to a satisfactory resolution for yourself as soon as possible, I will keep an eye out for you in our inbox.

I won £1000 and rich was great I had the money within 10 minutes of the live stream ended. Never had an issue with them and they have great deals and a great chance to win amazing prizes or cash and I just won again on an instant win and had the money within minutes of winning

What a win!
Have used RAFL uk a number of times now, the website is very easy to navigate and any problems are very quickly fixed. Recently had a win and within 5 minutes of my win I had received my winnings into my bank! Rich and Steph are really friendly people and make the site what it is!

Great company with frequent…
Great company with frequent competitions with really good odds.
Have played a few times and won £100 on the third time playing. One of my favourite sites because it does auto draws which I prefer.
Rich the owner is really friendly and helpful and I was paid within 15 minutes of winning.
Definitely give the competitions a go It’s well worth it.
