Is Jessica London going out of business?
Called about my order, customer service asked me what did I order. Said my order would arrive today, it did not. I finally got a tracking number, I don't. know if it's legit. I don't know who my carrier is either. Never had this problem with this company before. I've always had professional service.

1 is a compliment, this store is a jack in the box, tried to return a item for my mom, gave me the run around so they would not have to refund her...never did..clothes are cheaply made. Don't waste your time!!!!!
Crap products; scam on returns
I am extremely upset. I made a return and requested it be refunded back to my Jessica London credit card. Instead I was sent an email with a gift code in the return amount. I have escalated this via JL and Comenity and filed a billing dispute. I made copies of EVERYTHING and mailed it to Comenity. Yet they refused to refund my account, claiming they needed "more evidence". I returned their sub-standard products and they intentionally screwed me over so I would have to pay for them anyway. I am stuck with a gift code that I don't even want to use because this company is so despicable. I did my due diligence to make this right, even though the mistake was made on the part of Comenity and Jessica London. So now my only recourse is to spread the word and warn people away from using this corrupt business. I'm on it!
Painful experience
Painful experience, delayed item by 2-3 weeks, not everything arrived in the order and then had to beg several times to get a refund on missing items.
They do have some lovely clothes but it’s a shame the service can be hit or miss.
Ordered a few times with no issue at all but the latest experience has put me off using again.
Do not trust this company!
Deceptive company. I bought one item from them. They used that to sign me up for a “membership” and started charging me 16.95 a month until I caught it. I had no idea they had slipped an autopay agreement in!!
Worst online experience ever
Worst online experience ever. I tried placing an order for 48 hrs and every time I corrected a “problem” a new one popped up. I finally called, the agent kept me in for 30 minutes then determined he would not honor my coupon. The conversation with their customer agent was worse. They charged me 2X for the same order. They are clearly crooks and will do anything to scam you.

GOT ME TWICE WILL NOT BE A THIRD TIME
This is the second time I have accepted JL's credit card offer. I usually ignore it when shopping these sites. It dawn on me after wating for 2 weeks for the order and or card. It hit that I had been down this road with this company before. Credit has been approved, but when you call you speak with someone possibly in another country, explaining that they safe guarding your credit. Trying to make sure it is you ( utter nonsense) while the order is still in processing mode, and I can't even cancel it. What a crock.
I believe this is a foreign business, and I am leary of them having my information.
They lost a customer!
I've been a customer since the 90s, but lately I've noticed that their prices and shipping have gotten ridiculous! They'll list something like a shirt on their main page for a small price, but when you click on the link, you'll find that only one color/fabric design is the low price (which is usually sold out) and the rest are priced at an insanely high amount. I had two shirts in my cart today, but when I went to check out, the shipping was $16.98. I decided not to buy. Also, most of the coupons, even those listed in their catalogue, don't work. This isn't a one-time thing. I've seen this nonsense for the past few months. They just lost a loyal customer.

This binds you to make a purchase whether you want to or not to get your full refund. Don't fall for this misleading way of doing business.
Received a pop up to open a credit card…
Received a pop up to open a credit card & receive $30 off first order (screen shot of offer REQUIRED NO ACTION on my part) and stated would reflect on my billing statement. Guess what? Never received the credit the promo ad stated.

2349-27641-1145 ordered these jeans and they smelled like gasoline, even after washing them several times they still smelled really bad and the sizing tends to be bigger than usual.
Very bad sizing
The cotton denim midi skirt I ordered was marked as the correct size for me, but it was at least 2 sizes too small. The 14w was more like a 12 regular. I would exchange it for a larger size but don't trust their sizing. It's going to cost me $11 to return it, when it was THEIR error is sizing. Won't order from them again.

After spending 7 hours over two months trying to resolve this issue, I am adding my complaint to the pile. I tried to return some items less than 30 days after receiving them (did not fit) but received several QR codes. I tried numerous times to reach Customer Service to ask which QR code to send my return back with (including 2.5 hours on hold waiting to reach someone) and several call center reps later, I was told the time limit has expired and there is nothing they can do. So, I am out over $200 and stuck with items that do not fit. Due to this, I will be leaving a highly negative review with the Better Business Bureau, my State Business Commissioner, and contacting a local TV station that specializes in resolving issues like this. Do NOT shop with this company unless you want to have an experience like mine. Negative 10 stars here for truly awful customer service.
Seriously Hidden Charges for Returns
I recently returned part of an order (a blazer) that I paid $98.55. The rest of the order was supposed to arrive in time but did not so I cancelled and returned the jacket. I only received $68.05 for the return. When I called, I was told by a supervisor that I had to pay shipping and processing fees. None of this was listed on the emailed return receipt and the website states "free returns." I have been an extremely satisfied customer for 30+ years, but this is the end for me with this company. No more orders. Do not send me anymore catalogs.

Rated one star because I can't rate this company any lower. Ordered a pair of shoes on Sunday for an event on Friday and paid extra to expedite shipping to 1 to 2 business days. It's now Tuesday and the shoes haven't been shipped. I called and was told I'll get the shoes 1 to 2 business days after theyre shipped. They're unable to tell me WHEN they'll be shipped. I tried to cancel the order at this point and was told I can't cancel the order because it's being processed. It isn't shipped, you can't tell me when it'll be shipped but you can't cancel the order? Ridiculous. Don't even think of doing business with this company.
Bad Company
Where do I start. First no one there speaks English so it is hard to understand them. I wanted to order a bra from them. I got a male who barely spoke English. He did not know what he was doing and the phone conversation took 30 minutes to order one item. He then ordered the wrong bra size. When I got the email confirmation I noticed it was the wrong size. I called them back to tell them to update my order so they would send the correct size. They said they could not cancel or change my order because it was "in processing". I asked if the order was on a truck on its way to me and they said no that it would take 2 weeks to get to my house. They said the order was sitting in their warehouse waiting to be processed by someone. In order for me to get the right size I would have to place another order and send back the first order when I get it. How stupid is that. Just send me the right size and forget the wrong size. They should tell people that when you place an order it cannot be cancelled even if it is 5 minutes after placing the order.
