Shoe sizes too small. £36 to return goods to China and then they charge $10 per item for return. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Don’t use this company. They are scam merchants

False advertising of goods. Material so poor I haven’t even tried them on. I will be amazed if I get a refund. This company is a scam. Do not purchase from them. I have emailed them numerous times and not even had an acknowledgment. I’m definitely going to Trading Standards. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star

I purchased a few items one of them being a pair of pajamas that had with purchase a pair of matching slippers. Igot the pajamas not the slippers.I contacted customer service three times no response.
Even worse the dye from the pajamas left a blue film all over my mother. I has washed them 2 times and still the blue residue is evident .

This company is a scam. have ordered shoes, they finally arrived and look nothing like the picture on the website. I am hoping I will get a refund, but not holding my breath. Iyt is shocking that they are allowed to have a business afddress in the UK

I suspect this company is a scam. I ordered boots in a size 5.5 and they have sent me a much smaller size. When I try to go to returns on their website it says the settings have been reset and I can't get to any returns options. I have tried e mailing the company but again met with no response.

Order a bra got it it was way too big and felt like sandpaper, they only way to try another size was to return and agree to store credit, aka "gift card" so I did but the second wasn't any better so I returned it only to get half my money back, then a month later I was charged a "monthly loyalty rewards" program that I most certainly DID NOT sign up for, after more than a hour on the phone with multiple people that can't speak English, in the most difficult to understand accent, they finally agreed to refund that but who knows when ill see that. Person on phone said 3-4 weeks, email said 2-5 days now its a wait and see game. Stay away from these crooks

Everything went right with my order and even my return but what happened next is that I was charged a monthly "loyalty club" fee that I did not mindfully sign up for. Their customer service was fabulous and reversed the charges but DO NOT trust this company. It has very sketchy business practices. If you do purchase from them - keep an eye on your account for additional charges

Worse clothes purchase experience I've had in a very long time. They over charge for shipping. Their sizes are inaccurate. To return something is expensive unless you get a "gift card" (store credit) to go through the whole thing again. Here is my story. I bought a shirt, that according to their size guide (and the YEARS Ive been the same size) should have fit. It was too small. To return it I would either have to pay again for shipping or agree to store credit. I thought I'd still like the shirt so why not get store credit. When I tried to order the same shirt in a larger size the total went from $54 and change, what I paid the first time (no reimbursement for shipping cost fyi) to over $109. WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF! I ordered something cheaper, trying to use as much of the store credit as I could, they can take the rest. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don't ever order from Jessica London!!! I ordered on July 30. Today is August 26 and still gave not received order. Contacted Jessica London customer service two times. Order has to be over 21 days in order to get results. Today was 27 days and they still refuse to address the issue. My order stalled at FedEx location of Braselton, GA on aug 2nd. FedEx told me it was lost. But yet, Jessica London still will not address the issue. Save your money. They are a terrible business.

Read the fine print, returns are not FREE, as advertised. If you are unhappy with the items you ordered they will charge you$10.00 to return them, after an exorbitant shipping charge to begin with. I think it's so high because they send every catalog they ever printed with your order. STOP. Unless you take a "gift card", you are out the restocking charges. I am now caught up in a Kafkaesque cycle of order, return, order, return, order, return, because the quality of the merchandise, to put it bluntly, is crap. I'm so sorry I ordered from them. I promise to never do it again if I can just get SOMETHING I can wear. Once I am able to break free of the cycle I will contact them to say NEVER SEND ME ANOTHER CATALOG EVER! The fabrics are crap, the prints don't look anything like the catalog, I am unable to find a decent COTTON T-shirt fercrissakes. Anyway. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM is the moral of the story.

I paid my bill statement balance in full and next statement was $2.00 and change! When I called to complain the representative gave some excuse about payment cycles & interest why there is a balance. I canceled my account and didn't give them one red cent!

Received two bathing suit tops. The first one out of the bag had a big hole on the seam. I didn’t try on the other. Shows the quality, and quality control are lacking. I ended up eating nearly $15.00 in shipping fees that I shouldn’t have to pay since I received defective merchandise. Will never use them or recommend them going forth.

This company shocks me they are still in business!! They charge $15.00 to ship, they do not include a label or return paperwork you have to send numerous emails to get a response!! I finally got an email with a label which I returned my top. I received no email about refund. I paid $73.82 and am getting a refund for $42.00!!! What a rip off!! Highway robbery!! The top I ordered was $53.99!!! I’m not even being refunded for what the top cost. I will NEVER, EVER order anything from this company again!!! Jessica London doesn’t deserve 1 star!!

Unbelievable!! I tried for 2 hours to get my items ordered on Friday and the person overseas kept trying to upsell me and for me to join their membership, etc. Kept reading from a script and I finally had to ask that she stop. As I was ordering the items, the price was different than the what was proposed. The shipping was also astronomical. After two hours of this nonsense, I finally gave up. I would call back on Monday and try one more time. Well, that didn't work today either and when I asked for a supervisor was told that there was high volume of calls and they would not be able to speak about the price change. I gave up and decided I would not deal with this company again. Very frustrating, a waste of time and disappointing.

Absolutely terrible. Cannot track shipping through the order confirmation email. Email directs you to customer service phone number. Customer service line cannot find order by phone number, order number, and you cannot reach a person. AI bot and chat text are useless and do not understand anything. I honestly feel like this is a scam site.

I placed an order for a pair of really cute sneakers, i was unaware they ran large, so I returned them. I called regarding my credit and was informed since I didn't use it within 90 days it was no longer valid...my question is when did money start having and expiration date?...I was basically told I was out of luck and nothing could be done.

I placed an order for several items using their online size guide where you submit your info and they tell you what size you should buy. Order shipped separately. Went online for a return because first item was way too large. There was no option to choose original form of payment only gift card. Then as tou get the refund it'd very confusing if it will be a gift card or original form of payment. Refund was $16.49. I chatted with someone online, which i have a copy of the chat they do send you, asking to get original form of payment instead. All they said was sure and did it. I had to call today to return other items that came later, mind you the refund to my card is not yet processed, and am told there is a $10.99 fee to change to original form of payment. I wxplain inwas never told this with my first return as it would make it $5.50 refund, the fee is more than half the item costs. They saidnther eas nothing they could do. I asked for a supervisor and explained they cannot just take my money without telling me. I was actually told in the chat transcript I was getting the full refund not any fee or anything. They said basically too bad even if we didn't tell you or told you something else you're getting charged the fee. I have nonidea how to escalate it further. It's not even the amount of money but the fact I was lied to, told one thing and now being charged for something else and all the supervisor can say is o well? That's complete garbage. Don't bother ordering from them. Clothes aren't worth it.

Just purchased 2 pair of jeans. One fit the other to small, yet they are the same size. The return after shipping and their return fee is not worth it.
I have ordered from these companies for years. The quality has continually went down while the price has went up.
I hope they enjoy my last order from any of their companies. I will no longer do business with any of them.

This company is a scam and not legitimate! Do not even shop their site! They promise discount codes that never work or state "already expired". I received numerous codes from them that don't work along with phony apologies that are in poor English from Asia. Total frauds. A waste of your shopping time and money.

Bought an 18w coat. Sleeves were so small I could not get it on! I always wear an 18w from other sites. 10.99 for shipping. $10.99 to return. Coat cost 26.98. Will NEVER purchase from Jessica London again. In my opinion they scam you.
