Bought the products awhile ago contacted the company via email and telephone.
The email reply stated that it doesn’t work on our vehicles and the telephone call was never returned.
I’ve tried the products on three types of vehicles and no matter what I do it leaves residue and really does not look clean.
Have used products from another company and every time I’m satisfied that the vehicle is clean.

Been asked me to update this. The product is simply offer along with the customer service.

Delivery of my order was changed at short notice to the following day when we were not at home. The goods claimed to have been delivered to my address, with a supporting photograph which wasn't my front door step, or feet!
I sent an email, as it was outside office hours, and received an AI generated reply stating that JennyChem would 'escalate' the issue with their courier.
I sent two further emails and never had the courtesy of a reply. I eventually found the goods had been delivered to a near neighbour and who assumed that the courier had left a note for me stating the actual delivery address and was expecting me to call round to collect.
Product ordered seems good but aftersales was non existent.

I will never use this company again.
Purchased weed killer that I have never received.Now having trouble getting an answer from them about a refund.
After several emails and a phone message left on their customer service phone line and no response,tells me a lot about this company.

8 days from initial order, for it to be sent out (Fulfilled) then another 9 days for delivery by APC!

No communication/updates.
AI response to an enquiry also not helpful.
Live web site info for current expected delivery/stock levels etc would be useful prior to order completion - many other suppliers provide it so why cant you?

Order arrived on time and was very satisfactory

£100 of products not received waited nearly 2 weeks now, says package has been despatched Monday with an overnight courier but still waiting Friday … that’s some night shift

Ordered some weed killer on 20/04 and I'm still waiting to receive it, 3 weeks later. Yodel tried delivery at 8pm on a Friday to my business address, and that was it, no redelivery and silence ever since from both companies. I contacted Jennychem, and it's just an AI customer service response, and now it's being returned to them.

Certainly won't be using again.

Ordered on the 29th April, received on the 10th May.
11 days to deliver is just far too long

I ordered a few things in March, Noting crazy a few chemicals for cleaning, compactor sacks and some nitrile gloves. The entire order apart from the gloves came about 2 weeks later which to be honest is a ridiculous delivery time, To this day I am still waiting for the gloves, I have emailed and got an AI chatbot every time saying it will escalate things, never had a human actually email me or call me. I rang 2 times the week previous, was told both times the missing gloves were being dispatched as we speak and coming express delivery. Lie after lie. Today I finally got the truth saying they were out of the large size and would i like the XL, No one bothered to email me or ring to ask if I would like XL, Constantly lied to, Unfortunately due to this I will not be using Jennychem again, I WILL NOT be lied to! I took the offer of the XL, God knows when I will actually receive them

Note for Jennychem: Sort your distribution out, Your delivery times are some of the longest in the industry...China delivers their goods faster....Change from APC because they are a good 50% of the delivery problem, Get rid of your AI email and engage with your customers when then need support and BE TRANSPARENT to your customers.

Total waste of time ordered late March for mid April delivery not a thing and no response for update. Awaiting refund and if not received within 7 days will be going to training standard and the press.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Good products.
Very very slow delivery.
Very poor customer service and won't leave delivery unless it's prearranged as its a chemical!
Had a wasted hour trying to collect a delivery that wasn't delivered that had been returned by the depot and I was not notified.
Had to buy alternative product locally to complete the job.

Weedex very good weed killer started to work within hours of application everything was dead in a week great service as usual.

Ordered two 5 litre containers of White Vinegar but I only received one 5 litre. They must be incredibly dim at Jennychem cause the invoice says 2x5 litres but the box only holds one 5 litre container. I’ve contacted them and have been ignored so going to contact Trading Standards.

I stopped using JennyChem in 2023 due to the poor delivery service.
I placed an order this year to see if they have improved. The answer is No!
Placed the order on 14th April and delivery was 5-7 days. Turns up 16days later missing an item. Contact the customer service and get an AI reply stating I ordered on the 14th and the order was fulfilled 8 days later. So how does that make a customer happy that you couldn't even be bothered to fulfil the order until AFTER the delivery date?
Then I get "Our records show the missing item was in the order but as I have reported it missing they will pass it onto their investigation team" The fact they sent 3 boxes and it would have needed a 4th box for that item and they only sent 3 baffles any logic I have.
They just lie constantly and make the customer feel like they are trying to cheat Jennychem by saying items did not turn up.
Once again I am now out of pocket by £32 and it will be a fight to get anything refunded or the item sent
Would I ever use them again? No if they cannot get a £140 order right why would you use them? May as well go locally and get it the same day.
If they spent less on advertising and more on their service they would not need to keep advertising as they would have a loyal customer base and word of mouth is better than any advertising campaign. If you want a trustworthy company who delivers what you order in the time they tell you, do not use Jennychem

Quick detailer and traffic film remover c-r-a-p no shine what so ever and you have to used alot waste of money

This company is not for car detailing at all stay clear.

Collection services is just appalling, after 6 telephone calls to customers service and two promised of collection waited in all morning to call back and be notified collection not to 17.00 -18.00. Yesterday I was told I would receive notification of collection nothing forthcoming and customer service to advise me they are not responsible for collection but it’s your product and I am the customer ??
Absolutely shocking

Delivery is really slow with just a ai response when you send in and isn’t any help been 2 weeks

Four weeks after placing my order it’s still not arrived.
Four emails and three phone calls later still nothing…
No apologies, no news when my goods will arrive if at all, no sign of a refund either.
I would definitely avoid ordering anything from here.

Would say the customer service is terrible but it's non existent. You get AI generated emails saying customer service will be in touch, but haven't been (maybe call because they don't email back). Seen someone else saying they are blaming the courier APC but they get back to you within minutes. Delivery came so did increase the rating from 1 star. It's not hard to say sorry there has been a delay....
