Had good hopes for this company but they are a big letdown
Had good hopes for this company after seeing the reviews. BUT had a delivery which took awhile to arrive and when it did the box was ripped open and snow foam bottle was broken and 2 chemicas had all leaked out into the bag. I have tried to contact them twice now, but no reply. Its been a waste of £90! The 1L iron x and hyper wax don't have a screw on lid with seal both lids were nearly off so made a major mess!!!. (Lucky they were in a sealed bag so didnt leak out the box but non of it was salvageable) on the plus side the 5L pink snow foam and 1L snowstorm non caustic did survive but not had chance to test them yet. Very disappointed with this company.

Great products shoddy service
Great products. Shane they never ship in the time they quote. 3-5 working day DELIVERY yet on working day 5 my product is only just being prepped for shipping.
Happens repeatedly. Also customer service e mail is useless it is an AI system. If I contact customer services I want to speak to a person
I purchase their products because s well known salvage car YouTube channel promote how good they are. I wonder if they suffer the same delays as everyone else!

Extremely disappointed
Having been recommended to use this company by a neighbour, I was very disappointed with our overall experience as a first time customer. Firstly, their delivery service was appalling. I was notified over 5 separate days of a pending delivery & when it actually did arrive, the courier ignored my ‘safe place’ options & left the box, damaged, with the goods on show on our front door step. Our Ring doorbell clearly shows this. Having then complained to their customer service team, I’m still awaiting almost 2 weeks on & 2 emails later for a reply. Based on this experience I WONT be using JennyChem again or indeed recommending them. In a highly competitive market where all sales count right now they should simply do better.

Delivery was not correct
Delivery was not correct, one item missing. Repeated attempts asking them to send the missing item, (which they have acknowledged was missing from the original delivery) have failed. It is now over 6 weeks since they acknowledged the missing item, and 10 times i have made contact with them.

Ordered 31st may 26, its now 9th june 26 and im still waiting for the delivery!! P&p was nearly £5 whole ‘test order’ was around £40! Money i can ill afford!! (I had been asked to find a weed killer that did as it says!) This could have been a big order but not now!feeling ripped off!! Won't be using again
I'd love to write about how this product performed but I never received it. I just got a message via the Yodel tracking number that they couldn't deliver it and that I should contact the sender. JennyChem responded at first but then as I pushed for a refund, they have now gone completely silent and are not responding at all. It is now 16 days since I ordered the product... they have my money, I don't have their product and they seem unwilling to do much about it.

I run a gardening business and thought I would give there weed killer a go. I ordered this on 26/5/26. A week later I received a call from Jennychem saying they had run out of product and were going to send me an alternative.
It’s now 7/6/26 and still have not received anything.
I will not be using this company again.

Save your money
Save your money, save yourself the stress, just do not order anything from Jenny chem! absolute waste of time, unable to get in contact with anyone from customer services, no one ever answers the phone I made an order on the 28th of May, it is now the seventh of June, and they claim to promise a three to five day delivery, my order number is 368198 and I am unable to find out or get any update as to my order, and I am now £75 out of pocket, utter shambles of a company

Delivery was due 1st June
Delivery was due 1st June. Then delayed until the 4th, then told it was lost but not able to cancel.
Then it turned up late on 5th June. The product is fine, no complaints at all, but Yodel tracking is a joke.
This is not my first problem with Yodel. If I knew they were the carrier I would look for a different supplier with better delivery.

By far the best car care products and weed killer I have used , however not to be ordered if you are in a rush, the order fulfilment is unbelievably slow - allow 10 days!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with EVER over 10 days still never got product had tracking from APC item was coming on a Monday 8 am to 10 am waited in all day NEVER ARRIVED PHONED UP NOT SHOWING COMING TODAY OUR END ALMOST CALLING ME A LIAR. SHE THEN SAID WILL EMAIL IN MORNING TO WHAT'S HAPPENING.

My order arrived incomplete, and despite multiple emails and promises that the issue would be escalated, I have received no solution and no meaningful response. Customer service seems happy to reply once, then disappear when there is an actual problem.
I am still waiting for the missing parts from Order #363890. Extremely frustrating experience and very poor customer support.
Would not order from them again.

The website is very well laid out and easy to use. The ordering process is very straightforward. Communications via email are prompt and keep one up to date with the processing and dispatch of ones order.
My orders have arrived promptly and have been delivered with no issues - but as always this is down to have well the courier handles the packages!
I have ordered and used the sodium hypochlorite solution to clean slabs that get a lot of green growth from algae and moss and / or black spots on them.
I used it 1 part of product to 4 parts of water as the slabs have a rough surface to them. I do not over rinse the product of so that a small concentration soaks into the top layer of the slabs. This tends to prevent regrowth of moss etc for at least 1 to 2 months.
Very pleased with the service provided and excellent customer service when phoning the company.
Just purchased the weedex bundle to kill off weeds.
Would recommend Jennychem with no hesitation at all.
