I joined Jeff bet a few days ago and after reading the reviews on here I was sceptical I’d receive my winnings when I was lucky enough to win £500 , but within less than 24 hours my account was verified and the funds in my bank account , no issues what so ever , I don’t understand the negative comments regarding this site. The only thing I’ll say is some games have a few issues but apart from that my experience playing here was a positive one.

Site constantly crashes. Very frustrating and poor

I have recently joined Jeffbet and in total I have deposited £300. I didn’t take up any bonuses and I only play on the slot machines. My first withdrawal was for £1000 and I received it within 30mins. My second withdrawal two days ago is still pending. I decided to upload documents as this withdrawal is a lot higher than my previous one because I hit the jackpot on a game. Also My documents have been pending for 2 days. I’ve been on live chat a few times and sent a couple emails just for an update but the only answer I get is that it is still under review!!!!

Honestly one of the worst casinos I've ever used. Terrible customer service and terrible layout of the site. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Around a month ago I deposited some money in my already verified account, which I had previously withdrew money from with no issue. I ended up catching 10 free spins on a slot game with £5 stake and won around £1800.
I withdrew my money and the next day they asked me for verification documents to confirm my payment method, which I sent them no issue.

I spoke to a representative on live chat and they confirmed they received my documents and that everything was fine. Fast forward two weeks they still hadn’t released my winnings so I contacted them via live chat again, they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t receive any documents from me. I uploaded my documents again and once again was informed my documents were received. This process of reuploading my documents went on for another 2 times. Each time they said my documents was fine.

The next week I was informed that everything was ok re docs. When I asked for my deposit they said that they have no information or time frame and that the relevant department would contact me via email.this was last month and I contact them nearly everyday and still the same response.

I placed an in running bet with JB for a total runs scored cricket market. The 1st team batting were in the 16th of 20 possible overs.

The bet was placed and won. However, after initially crediting my account and me withdrawing this, the withdrawal was cancelled and my account balances showed a minus figure then reset to zero. But no sign of my money or any communication.

I enquired. But the help I got was almost non existent. In fact diabolical.

In effect what they are saying is that the bet I placed was on the total runs to be scored by the team not yet batting. And despite the first innings not being completed with 20% of the first innings still to be completed.

This is absolute nonsense and anyone using in running betting for cricket markets will no, there is no such market available for the 2nd team to bat ever!

Whether this is a technical fault or inaccuracy on the website I don’t know. But surely by timestamps of the bet, when the market started/ended etc. they would be able to figure this out?

But nothing! 18hrs later and multiple emails and live chat sessions, I’m getting nowhere! I see this as a serious concern, as it questions their ability to properly form markets and the accuracy of their sites. But no-one seems to care.

Is this theft?

I will post an update as this is unravelled and have copies of all transcripts to date which I will happily share.

Who do I complain to outside of the company? The GC?

Honestly don’t understand the bad reviews, I never have a issue, I provided all the documentation on opening my account without a issue, my withdraws are normally done within a day, the only small issue is withdrawals not being processed on a weekend only on a weekday, but that is not the end of the world, overall I love Jeffbet. i requested a withdrawal in 2022 and it kept getting denied, asking for proof of who i was etc, in the end i gave up as it wasn't even worth it for the small amount i was withdrawing (site is rubbish so wanted to just take the money i had a use it elsewhere).

yesterday - 8th April 2024, i recieved my withdrawal...absolutely ridiculous!!

Win rate is poor I’ve spent over 300 pound got one feature that paid low , play free spins you hit em but there is always a catch as you maybe aware

My advice is stay away the win rate is low

I don’t except the bonuses as they prevent you withdrawing

I deposited 4k and was playing blackjack for circa 15 mins during which time I received no less than three notification popups interrupting my live game play asking me to place loss limits, asking if I am comfortable with my gameplay etc. When I reached 8775 pounds they deactivated me from betting further and I got an email stating I am put on a cool off period after playing for 15 mins. Note I had last gambled on this site several weeks ago and won 10k which I withdrew. In total terrible experience for high rollers, it is made impossible to win any substantial amount here.

Don't even try this casino..bad bad bad ..different T&C than all the rest . No chance to win with them

A have put a lot of money in this a wish I read it before a done it every time a win a can’t bring it out want let me so everything goes back to them it’s not fair a want all my money back a have spent how do I do it anyone help me here

This is one of the better online casinos to be fair. I won over £10,000 playing Rainbow Riches after depositing £20 and was paid out in a timely manner with great communication from customer support

Wish I read all these reviews before going with this website. All bad reviews correct. Let you deposit but don’t let you withdraw. Fair enough if there was a reason, yet all live chat say is someone will email you (no timeframe) and that they know nothing. Every other sports betting website I have used they are at least able to explain why your withdrawal has not been processed. Not this scamming company, pending withdrawal and judging by the other reviews unlikely I will ever see an email from them

Edit: just received my withdrawal, live chat seemed to actually want to help today, previously fobbed me off for 7 days but day 8 got my money after sending in some docs, don’t wait for an email it will never come, chase on live chat even if you are being rejected.

one of the worst companies! I withdraw my money on December 31st early in the morning and guess what? Yes! money is still being processed for withdrawal! 9 days have passed, it’s a nightmare. When I write to the chat they answer me that wait for confirmation, they can’t do anything. Why can't they be rated 0?

So they settled my bet as loser ,and it won ,I contacted them over a week ago and it's still not resetteled yet and they keep fobbing me off saying there's no option to re raise the bet query lol are they joking ? This is shocking nearly 1 week on and still not settled what a joke

Jeff bet confiscated £12,000 of my winnings and the dodgy company even removed my review from trust pilot haha! I have all screenshots of everything and I will exploit you guys for scamming people using your terms and conditions when someone wins big
