I summit all the relevant documents and my account is fully verified before I play and make any withdrawal, my first 2 withdrawal were smooth and quick, but my last withdrawal were 7 days ago and still not completed, don’t know what is going on, the most frustrating thing about this is the customer service is useless and I send in many emails to the security department but 0 response and juts no communication at all!
Nonsense, the service is so bad!

They still not updated, withdraw not completed, the live chat is just a team to muddle through customer’s questions.
I wish I can upload screenshots here to show everyone how the live support team work.
I ask can you help me pass a message to the relevant team, they can’t even answer my question directly.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are, I deposited £500 lost that, deposited another £500 and got that to £1200, decided to withdraw and received funds within a couple of hours. Can’t fault them so far.

never register with this casino, complete absurdity, they don't ask you for documents when you register and make a deposit, but when you request a withdrawal, they start asking for your birth certificate 😂😂😄 complete 🤬

AWFUL BOOKIES as when you deposit money, 5 minutes later there's constant pop-ups about activating your account but after you've deposited the money. They then send you a code to put in which doesn't work.

I deposited £50 and another £50 the second deposit didn't show on my balance customer service said they would refund. I never got it back.

Wish I would have read reviews 1st, this site is terrible. They give you a bonus but you can't play on live casinos with it, you have to play slots. Unlike more repertably sites you are allowed to play your bonus 1st and then go on to real money, not on here. Won't be playing on here again

If there was under 0 star I would have gave it to this scammers, the free bet of new customer doesn't work, and when you asked them to fix , they quite the chat, and never let you again to chat with them. They are proper scammer, plus notices £3 fee if you want to withdraw, never seen that anywhere.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS

I wouldn't even give it 1 star only time I had a good win was with bonus money deposited a fair amount games seem rigged £2 spins an most I won was 20 out of 400 not even 1 bonus feature rolled in wish I read the reviews before I concidered this site stay clear

Jeffbet, online casino, spinwinz etc there is lots of websites run by progress play team 100s In fact. In there terms and conditions if you have recieved a welcome offer before on any of there sites just ounce then your not entitled to other welcome offers on any different brand (site) because it is part of there network. Now this is actually illegal what they our doing writing it in the small print In there terms and conditions so you cannot do anything. There is no time limit just states if you have recieved 1 welcome offer your excluded from all other promotions on all brands within there progress play network. Jackpotjoy, virgin etc...sister accounts run by the same network I got all promotions when registering because each brand is different and has its own site but run by same people it would be discriminating not to recieve such promotion under different brand same network. This is stealing (theft) at the highest degree and on the most vulnerable. There needs to be something done because registered with at least 5 of there sites and never recieved any promotions I want to spread awareness about progress play sites ITS THEFT AND FALSE ADVERTISING UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES OF SITES!!!!LEGAL ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN

Biggest scam going do NOT deposit on here i did won money I tried to withdraw they asked for ID I sent driving licence they blocked my account give me no reason I had over £100 in account

Real money play lost far too quick.
Bonus play buzzing (small stakes) with check side, wins galore.
Games slow on larger bets and keep freezing or error messages to reload game.
50x wagering means you are unlikely to win the bonus fund.
Got to lose another £980 deposit before they will pay out because of their £20 bonus play.
My maths is really crap but I know there is something not quite right here.
NOT FOR ME BUDDY.
Dont snidely put me on that GameStop register !!!

Complete scam! Allow you to make deposits with a card and apple pay but can only withdraw in cryptocurrency!! This has to be fraud at its best

Disgusting service and completely unprofessional. Won £400 and opted to withdraw. They put the account under restriction and asked foe verification documents. I sent them same day and were accepted. It's almost a week now and they still haven't approved the withdrawal and keep saying it's under review. Behaving like crooks just hoping I'll go away. I will not

Won some money and after that i did verification.
It was "succesful" as the site says but supports keeps asking for more and more documents of me.
Please avoid this scam site!
I believe there is no way of getting cash out.

Recently joined and have had nothing but a positive experience so far, I won over £700 early hours and money was in my account a few hours later. Spoke to Amelia on live chat who was very helpful its a shame all the negative reviews must be sore losers or people who can’t verify themselves

Avoid joining this betting site at all cost . The user interface is appalling for sports bets , and good luck Trying to withdraw funds if you win . This site is based in Gibraltar, you will need to upload Proof of ID , Proof of address and a photo of the front and back of the card you used ! Do yourself a favour and stick to Paddy Power .ps if you need to delete your account the only way is to email their customer service! Jokers !!

Terrible site, very laggy and you have to try multiple times to put a bet through. I wouldn't use them again even if they paid me. Can't even access your history of bets, it's horrendous.

How do ppl win lots av put hundreds on won 80 quid .I don't no how ppl win thousands on slots .carnt get bonus on most of them.top tips anyone. Get more wins on 888 ojo

This was my worst gambling site ever in history
I deposit over £1800 and nothing in return
Then they asked me to upload documents for verification
Then deactivate my account
So there’s no way of winning, back my money
So please avoid this site🙏

Shocking company. So many rules to ensure you don’t get a bonus & jumping through hoops to withdraw winnings. I’ve had accounts with most top bookmakers but would advise you avoid these like the plague.
