Chloe has been a pleasure to deal with both for queries re my flat sale (of which the buyer’s solicitors raised far too many) and where I had queries around any issues regarding the communal areas. She brought in help and resolved any issues swiftly. It’s been lucky that we changed management company as finally issues I raise are being resolved rather than my emails being ignored which was previously the case! She’s clearly very efficient as there are over 270 flats in our block so must be plenty of queries and requests raised day to day and mine are always dealt with within 24h.

I can’t comment on the other staff at JCF as have only dealt with our property manager Chloe but she’s been great.

Chloe Martinelli has done an excellent job managing a very large estate with two concurrent large jobs - the full rebuild of an inside pool, and roof repairs and full painting for the outside of a large property - with many stakeholders and a large budget. She did an excellent job and fulfilled both projects to a very high standard and managed all the tenants extremely well. I have been very impressed.

Joshua Harvey is an excellent property manager.He has responded to all emails very promptly and has always been very keen to help and fix any issues. Thank you Joshua.

The JCF staff I have most occasion to deal with, over many years, is Elena Pletea. She responds quickly and in a professional manner, dealing with the issue at hand. It is important that Leaseholders have someone who knows what they are doing when approached; Elena does this and I trust it continues. This is a short note to publicly register my thanks.

JCF has been the managing agent for our Share Of Freehold building for over 26yrs. They do a fantastic job and are always responsive to our needs and demands. As directors of the board we have worked hand in hand with them on renovations, maintenance and additions to our building and garden area, changing to led sensors lighting and addition of CCTV. We probably have the lowest service charge in the SW15 area because the relationship has worked so well.

Inability to support leaseholders with any claims. Extremely unsupportive and decisions are made without any consensus or meeting with other owners.
