I purchased an IWC Portugieser Automatic 40 for £3,800 from JB Watches, Madrid via Chrono 24. The watch described and displayed in the photo collection was of a very good condition piece with gold numerals and a brown strap.
I received an IWC Portugieser with quite significant wear, silver numerals and a blue strap. The seller admitted the mistake and agreed to refund postage and packaging from Ireland to Spain. One month and many emails later, I had still not received the refund for postage. This was nearly £200 as I had to fully insure the item and have it collected from the hospital where I work.
Thankfully after numerous phonecalls, Chrono24 eventually refunded me this cost, while the seller only replied with abusive emails saying that I was 'sour and bitter.' All in all, this was a truly unpleasant experience and put me off the used watch market. I would avoid this seller at all costs.
I have never written a negative online review of any business in the past, but this businessman was so egregiously rude to me that I feel obliged.

I bought an Armani watch as a birthday present, and within a week the strap snapped. I’ve tried to get into contact with them, but the email they have supplied is fake and the emails have bounced back. The website no longer exists that I can find, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Poor don’t get no watches from here watches are faulty also the site discontinued

Just recently received my JBW JETSETTER WATCH from GILT. And I can HONESTLY SAY that for an entry level luxury watch I couldn't be happier with it. Had my doubts after reading some of the reviews on here, but to be honest I don't understand why that is! 234 GENUINE DIAMONDS which are CERTIFIED is amazing for the price ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!

I ordered londynn B watch on online and they send me a totally different design and colour watch so disgusting JBW plz don't buy this jBW fraud

Could customers please let me know if they are taking legal action regarding Losing watches and your money. Jb watches should not be allowed to get away with this. Almost every review on here are saying the same thing. Surely we should take legal action and get all money back?

Nd still I haven’t had a refund for the Armani watch!! Ripoff !!

My watch is great excluding the band. I have been trying for weeks to get in contact with someone from JBW unsuccessfully. All I want is to purchase a different band but they haven’t bothered contacting me (after numerous attempts). Maybe I will just return the watch because the Customer service sucks

1st They sent me the wrong watch.
2nd They ask for my order number, I haven't heard back.
3rdWhere the rest of my money.
4th They left it outside my door,a diamond watch.

I just brought a watch from JBW on the 23rd june 2020 . Recieved the watch in good condition and very pleased with it BUT the company have CHEATED me out of £118.70 . I had to pay a DUTY TAX on top of the purchase i paid JBW .The company JBW dose 👎 not make it clear that when u buy watch out of the EU there will be a duty tax. I found the SAME watch on GROUPON cheaper in the UK. DO NOT BUY ABROAD FROM USA JBW u will get RIPPED OFF im living proof. They will not HELP U they say its UR PROBLEM even though u are buying the product from them . UK CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN WARNED the company will MISLEAD U

Terrible. Sent me a code for an extra 50% off all gold items. Picked one and it doesn't work. OK I tired the welcome 30 as it says extra of all items thats a lie too. Start getting texts to order and they reply its already discounted. And wont answer why they have falsley advertised and going by their reviews im glad I haven't bought one. I like a story as you can see from other reviews I've written but this garbage doesn't deserve my TIME

I received a faulty armani watch. Sent it back on their request on February 2020 by recorded delivery. It has been received by them as royal mail tracking service provided by them confirmation . I have not received my watch back or a reply to the 10 emails sent to them.
I'm more than angry has I only purchased after reading the reviews from trust pilot website.
They have removed their website. No phone contact and no replies to emails
Do not buy.

DO NOT BUY FROM JB WATCHES!!!! You send back a faulty watch to be fixed - replaced ,, I have proof of signature that it was delivered back and received but after 100s if emails they are ignoring me

Contacting police as this is theft - they have property that belongs to me
Will contact watchdog and trading standards.. no business should be allowed to run this way - they need investigating

Watch delivered 19 Nov 2019 for son’s birthday, shortly after clasped broke. Contacted JB Watches who instructed me to send back to them for repair, chased numerous times. It’s now nearly end April 2020 JB Watches have failed to return the watch as promised or refund my money 5 months later no response to my chasing emails. What kind of company are you? My order number is JBW 46021 before you think this isn’t a genuine order. I have kept all your emails and my chasing emails as proof.

I originally purchased a watch from JB watches back on 12/12/19 for someone as a Christmas present, they wore it once and one of the buttons fell off. I contacted JB watches and was given a return postage slip, I returned the watch and was told it would be repaired and sent back to me. When I got it back, it had not been fixed, they had just sent a replacement button without fixing it to the watch. I re-contacted JB watches and was once again given a return slip. I posted the watch back on 12/02/20 and have emailed customer services twice since but am yet to receive any update/confirmation that the watch has arrived. At this point I have not received a refund either and so have essentially paid for a good I no longer have, it is a complete scam. I am very unhappy with the service I have received from JB watches and will be pursuing a formal complaint through trading standards as this is unacceptable.

I brought a watch online, and after a year the watch is rusting out. When contacting them in January they seem to be responsive, 2 months after they seem to go bust.

I have posted the watch but have not heard anything from them, no correspondence at all, when you are calling before their closing hours they mention they are open from 9 to 5 but then disconnect the call. I think i might have lost the watch now and money. What a waste and shame.

highly recommend NOT buying anything from JB watches again.

I bought a watch from JB watches which was easy to order and quick delivery. Whilst I was on holiday , the second time I worn the watch the bracelet broke . I sent the watch back which they paid for and received. Cut a long story short after about 15 phone calls and 20 emails I still cannot get hold of them , so I had no choice into make a complaint to PayPal . Still waiting for correspondence from JB watches. If I could I wouldn't even give 1 star.

I bought my mom a Michael Kors watch for 60th birthday in January. One side of the rose gold strap has started turning silver. She's really upset but when I've tried to access the website to contact them direct the site is no longer valid. So very disappointed and wish I'd bought the watch elsewhere now.

Awful company! Bought this watch in june 2019 a michael kors watch when a few months later my pin that hold my strap to the face od the watch broke so I contacted the company and they repaired this for me. Its now march 2020 and the same issue happened again! contacted the company by email saying its faulty and i want a refund or replacement and no one got back to me so i phoned the company and was on hold for 20 minutes then i phoned again and said there closed although they said there opening times is 9-5 mon to Thursday, its Thursday and its only 12.45 pm? Also there isnt a website any more when i google? What is wrong with this company!

My partner brought me a Micheal Kors watch for Valentine’s Day. The diamanté has fallen out and they agreed to fix it due to it still being in very good condition. We returned the watch to find that they’re not replying to our emails and seem to not be trading at all! We have lost the watch now and assume they will be keeping it. £300 GONE!!!!
