They knew I stayed in 15th level panels to big for lifts I paid £92 for delivery left in foyer they v did offer to take em back I said no so I had to pay guys to carry em upstairs for me more money .

Professional delivery service
Received my delivery from JBS 2 MAN DELIVERY LTD on the date and time expected. I was kept up-to-date with all the information I needed and was phoned 20 minutes before delivery to say they were on their way. The whole team were very polite and my delivery was in perfect condition, not battered about at all. Great to have a delivery from a professional company.

Team 144 delivered 2 toilets to a very old house with a steep and curved staircase. They happily put them in the upstairs bathrooms rooms they are being installed in. They were careful and helpful. Thank you

Delivery Service was Extremely bad
Delivery Service was very bad . I spoke on the phone and asked if the delivery guys could put my chest of drawers upstairs in the room . The guy on the phone said yes just ask them when they get there with the delivery. While delivery I asked the delivery men, he checked his phone and said no its a hallway delivery only. I told him that we were told to ask them to put it upstairs and the delivery man kept saying no , the stairs were too dangerous and also he would be liable if they broke something and then just walked out. The delivery guys were very rude and unprofessional and very unwilling to help .

A very efficient delivery service
Communication with the Delivery company was very clear, the delivery arrived when expected with a phone call half an hour before with time of arrival. The men brought the Sofa to the desired room and efficiently unpacked and took away the packaging. A very smooth operation and I am very pleased with the new Sofa. Would recommend both companies very highly.
