Would definitely use J Bear Properties again.

James was great and so was everyone else we had dealings with, very efficient from start to finish! And straight forward to boot! Well done J Bear Properties, will be recommending you to others in my postion.

Thank you!

I cannot recommend J Bear Properties highly enough. After almost a year of trying to sell our property, we approached J Bear after a recommendation from a friend. We are delighted with the service we received. The director, James, kept us informed every step of the way, communicating out of hours and made the whole process very easy and more importantly stress free (which helps massively during this difficult period). They purchased our property on our chosen date, and the fact that our legal fees were covered as well was a very nice touch. I would be happy to recommend and use again.

We had a very difficult situation to deal with during the pandemic. We would like to say thank you for the brilliant service.
The process was made much more simple than expected and gave us an option we didn’t know we had.
Thank you for removing the stress.

Very impressed with the service we recieved, made the whole process incredibly simple for us. Also gave us the best offer we could find. Highly recommended!

I recently sold my property to J Bear Properties.
As first time selling, so no experience in it, it was a god send to find J Bear Properties. Great customer service, kept me fully informed every step of the way and took the time to make sure I understood everything.
Added bonus, they covered all our legal fees as well.

Even through these exceptional times a great company to deal with, i would highly recommend if your looking for a quick buy/sale.

J Bear Properties were great from the word go! Great customer service and kept us informed every step of the way. Was wary of using a service like this as opposed to traditional estate agents but at times of uncertainty they took care of everything. With 2 small children it was important dates of the move worked well and they purchased our property on our chosen date while giving us the best cash offer. It was all very simple and the staff were always there if i had any queries. It was all stress free and if i were to sell my house again (which I do not plan on doing) I will definitely be using them again!

Couldn’t recommend J Bear Properties enough, they purchased our property with the best cash offer and did it when we was ready to leave. It was completely stress free and to top it off they covered our legal fees. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, they got back to us quickly and made the whole process so simple. Thanks again!

7 star service without question.
From the moment I phoned this company, I felt at ease. I can honestly say I wish I had found them sooner. Out of 6 companies we’ve been using to sell properties in our portfolio, these guys gave me the highest offer out of them all.
From the customer service I felt like these guys actually cared and we were not just another number & was kept in the loop at all times which I find other companies tend to not do. Big selling point for us! Will be using again and again.
Thank you for making the process effortless!
