J Bear Properties  Anmeldelser

I recently contacted J Bear Properties regarding a cash price for a property, I gave my details and received a quick callback from James. We went through various questions regarding the property and was given a quotation at the end of the conversation.
I was asked how long I would need to make a decision and arranged a callback (which James did at the time arranged).
The service I received from this company was professional, helpful and no way pushy! I would have no hesitation to recommend this company to friends and family.

All round Excellent , Communication, Point Of Contact, Updates on way forward, Completion, Helpful, Non Pushy
As they say "Did what it says on the Can"

Very seamless process everything happened the way it was explained yes you might not get full valuation however nothing is hidden all done with great honesty, great deal for those who don’t/can’t wait around for house sale many thanks to James and his team for a speedy transaction

No hassle, Efficient, quick and professional service.

Thank you James for your help and advice. You explained our options very clearly, without any pressure which installed confidence in us to move forward. 🙏

They explain everything in detail, they are a very friendly courteous company. I would recommend them

Although we didn't do a deal with this company as a private buyer made us a fair offer, James was courteous and helpful with all aspects, he wished us good luck and said we could go back to him if things didn't work out, which I will do if they don't!

Very easy to speak to. Always available on the phone and respond to emails very quickly.
Knowkagable about their business and very upfront and open about the process and how they arive at their offer.

Very pleasant, explained everything in plain English and wasn’t pushy. Would recommend

I want to share my experience of dealing with J Bear Properties.
The customer service was second to none, I felt I was informed every step of the process. J Bear purchased our property on our preferred date. It was the best cash offer on our home. It was such positive and refreshing experience. Friendly staff, great communication made for a friendly service. To top it off, J Bear covered our legal fees.
Highly recommend in a market that suffers from poor quality service. 5 stars. PG
