I had a 1-hour mentoring call with Jason Patterson (aka the "Short Lease King") about a 2-bed flat in Chelsea, which I found through a handwritten leaflet I dropped myself.

Jason is extremely knowledgeable in this particular strategy. His Short Lease Course is in-depth and has opened my eyes to the possibilities in this space!

His training is also up to date and is relevant to the current market because he himself is still active in this space, he is also the most unassuming guy too, which is so refreshing to see!
