My order has been put on 'back order' but with no indication of if or when it might be delivered.
At this stage this is really more of an inconvenience than a problem but a little more communication from you would be most helpful.

I expected delivery within a week as we…
I expected delivery within a week as we were at our beach house. That didn't happen and so when eventually delivered the package was dropped over the gate and left to the weather inspite of my instructions to place it inside the letter box!!!
