Absolutely love receiving these boxes every month and it brightens up my day, highly recommend for those willing to try new things!

They have to numerous problems with delivery!! We still have not received our package!

I'm so angry, I made a subscribtion for 12 month and i received the first 3 or 4 boxes, I get 1 every month.

I still haven't received my July or August box and it's the 06/09-2021 today.

I have wrote to them on facebook, mail and called them on what's app

What's app: No one takes the calls
E-mail: Still no answer
Facebook: They keep saying they are sorry, but gives me no help!

I really want some answers!

We got this expecting to get some fun japanese candy and sadly We did not get it. First of all It takes around 2 months to arrive. Secondly It is called japan CANDY box. You should include more candy. It comes with like 3 pieces of candy and the rest is corn and rice stuff. It did not say anything about this on the site!

This was the only candy box website that I could find that would let me purchase just one box without having to subscribe for a few months. I got my boyfriend a box for Valentine's day and while it was really late due to the pandemic, he got it in and really enjoyed it. The customer service team were helpful as they answered pretty quickly when I asked about the shipping. Once it leaves Hong Kong (snacks are still from Japan, their warehouse is just in HK) and arrives here in the states it's hard to track but they did tell me if he didn't get it that they would send me a refund. Fortunately we didn't have to do that and my Valentine's day surprise was still enjoyed even if it was a bit late. His birthday is at the at the beginning of March so I think next time I'll get two, one for Valentine's day and one for his birthday.

The total was 600 YEN, never buying from these people again. The candy box price itself was $24.90 and the thing is this is a company, they can mass order stuff at cheaper rates yet they still charged 600 YEN for something that should've been worth at least 3000 YEN. This is disgusting.

Do they buy their reviews? This place charged my card but didnt ship anything out until two months later when I emailed them asking about the box. The next day they told me they apologize and it’s being sent out now.

Then, a month later I ask about the tracking number and they told me shipping to the country is still cancelled!!

I’m confident they would have just kept my money had I not asked them about the status.

There are too many legitimate candy box companies to take a risk with this sketchy one...

Go to Tokyo Treat instead. They are a legitimate business.

Jeg modtog en boks allerede 2-3 uger efter jeg bestilte den, hvilket er hurtigere end hvad jeg forventede.
Boksen sælges for en god pris og det er spændende de forskellige snacks, man får med i boksen.

I’m pretty disappointed. I got the tracking for the parcel and it shows that it comes with China.

Secondly, the package came with damages as they didn’t bother to ship it in another box. The box came by itself. I’m pretty sure most of the chips are broken.

Japan Candy Box is amazing. They have some real cute and tasty snacks as well as candies in very less price.
Everyone should give a try to Japanese Candy Box.

Absolutely recommend! I’m a huge weeb. I’ve been studying Japanese for a while now and wanted to practice reading some labels! Plus, I can find goo Japanese candy anywhere around where I live. Worth a shot^^

Loved my July box. Can't wait to get my next boxes. The snacks were a variety of sweet, salty and spicy which is nice. Customer service is really good and they were always prompt with a reply.
