I can’t yet review the radiator cover as I haven’t yet received it. You used DHL to ship my purchase and they are a rubbish delivery firm they apparently couldn’t find my address the first time they came the second time I missed them by minutes ( my fault). Rather than risk them coming again and can’t find my property I am now going to my nearest DHL depot to collect it tomorrow hopefully they’ll have it. If you want to ask me to review it when I’ve got it I will do

I paid for rush shipping of samples. Website says 3-4 business days. I ordered them May 18. It is June 5 and I haven’t received them. That’s nearly 3 weeks.

This store not only has a huge variaty of good quality materials, but their service is also impecable every time. Im so glad I found you!

I ordered several samples if fabric for a bedroom Roman blind. All the fabrics are beautiful,good weight and will make lovely blinds, I'm just now spoilt for choice but will order once I have decided on the best colour.
The samples arrived swiftly and were well packaged,I would definitely order again should I want more samples.

Jane Clayton are a disgrace.
1. They don’t answer their phones, the line can ring out for over 15 minutes. I experienced this many times.
2. They offer a discount to entice you in but they apply small discounts on products that are literally always cheaper elsewhere. This is to avoid giving a 10% discount
3. The staff are unhelpful, literally clueless about their products. I noticed this when I asked for advice. The staff only provide polite dribble in calls giving useless information.
4. Nothing works well, they take your money despite stock unavailable. This means you buy in good faith and instead of getting the product delivered, I was told my wallpaper won’t be available until late June. Another one won’t be available until July so I cancelled my order. I still haven’t received my refund.
5. Manager Alex is rude and lacks charisma. He doesn’t help in any way; in fact he’s unhelpful, doesn’t apologise for delays and lied about their phones always being manned.
6. I gave £1,500 order to Wallpaper Sales after speaking to Alex. I would never use this company as their prices are much higher than other large online retailers.

This is the third pair of curtains that I order with Jane Clayton. The range of fabrics is amazing, as well as the different options for styles, lining, headings etc... The quality is fantastic and the curtains look great. Pretty fast service as well. I'm so glad I found this company as made to measure curtains are generally so expensive.

Very efficient service and lovely fabric

Did not meet lead time. Ordered headboard with 6-8 weeks lead time. ORD899153. Now being told that it may be finished after 10 and a half weeks. delivery at mutually convenient date will add days/weeks onto this. I cancelled. They have said they will refund all including for 2 cushions already delivered which matched the headboard. Used them against advice of interior designer and she was right. Have wasted 8 weeks. Had great website and samples though.

Very reliable company. Kept me informed of a delay out of their control and delivered inside the guidance time. Good quality products.

Beautiful samples but to expensive, living in the US makes purchasing out of my reach

Ordered a sample… it came nice and quickly so that’s a plus. However the sample sent, cut from a fabric with a large geometric pattern and colour combination, was missing two of the main colours in the design, and typically the two colours we are trying to match. I contacted with an image on IG…no reply. Asked what was happening and told to email. Emailed with picture and as yet no reply.
I would appreciate a sample sent that represents the entire pattern ideally otherwise what’s the point?

Ordered wall paper a month ago, still waiting for a dispatch notice/ tracking number. Have been cited ‘supplier issues’ as the reason for the delay. The relevant supplier is ‘coordonne’ for reference. At the prices they sell wall paper, they should be advertising accurate lead times. This has and is currently holding up our project - beware before purchasing, you may experience significant delays.

First class service from Jane Clayton. This is the best web site for wallpaper in my opinion as all the many wallpapers I have ordered over the years have been high quality and well priced. Thank you 🙏🏼

I just received my samples from Jane Clayton & Co. the fabrics are extraordinary in their colors and the velvet sample is simply glorious. They will go a long way for my client in choosing fabrics that are taking their cue from the mural I am painting. I am delighted that choosing this company was a perfect choice.
