They have very good prices (the best I could find for what I wanted) but the delivery costs are very expensive.

Out of stock items can cause a loop
Used the website and ordered online, one minor issue I was trying to order an out of stock item, there was no message saying it was out of stock the system just wouldn’t put the item in to my basket. Quick phone call sorted it and received the rest of the order timeously

Spot on customer service!!
Jon kept me updated with a potential issue with the pickup lorry from the courier and informed me that the order maybe a day later than advertised.
Not an issue as these things happen, however, turns out the van managed to get to them and delivery is on time.
Perfect customer service from Jon, they did not have to inform me, and most companies would not have.
I felt Jon went out of his way to message me, and I really appreciate that level of customer service.
We are a village cricket club, so won't need much from this company, however if there is a call for it, I would not hesitate to order again if the need was there.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for the review and again, apologies for the delay in delivery of your items. Your order was collected by our courier the day that you ordered. But, given your area, the 'next day' service was delayed by a day. On the tacking system it states that they tried to deliver this to you on the Friday (2 days after collection) but 'the customer was not there or business closed'. So they redelivered on the Monday - the next working day. But as this should have been with you much sooner, we have issued a credit of £24.00 out of goodwill. Again, apologies for any inconveniences.
