As you are out with our local delivery area we use a courier company to deliver and they charge per weight of item rather than a fixed cost so it is more expensive. Superb products - mild delivery issue (and might be my fault!)
Products are of a great quality and a fair price.
My only issue, and I concede that the info is probably there if I look for it, is that I placed two orders for next day delivery; one on a Friday that arrived Monday and one on a Wednesday (around13:00) that arrived Friday.
I want to stress that I am sure it will tell me somewhere that it’s next “working” day and that for next day I have to order by a certain time. But having paid twice for next day and not getting it either time, it would be ideal if the system, at point of order confirmation, gave me my delivery day so I can plan my work accordingly.
This aside I will 100% be ordering again (and I’m sorry if the info I’m asking for is very apparent and I’m just being a buffoon!)

Customer service 5🌟. Cannot fault. Jon Newbury of the company went above and beyond. A problem came up regarding delivery and missing parts (lost in transit and was not the companies fault), I have never experienced such excellent communication and prompt attention from a company before. Thank you.
