James Cottam Flooring Anmeldelser

Another fantastic job from James, nothing was too much trouble for the team, great choice of carpets, fantastic quality & an extremely tidy finish.
I cannot recommend James Cottam Flooring enough.

Wow, after using James and the team a few years ago for our carpets in the house , we didn't hesitate to contact James again for our back garden renovation last year... the team once again did an outstanding job so once again we have just had our front garden renovated and artificial grass laid. We cannot recommend James and the CER Groundwork team enough, they are professional, thorough and extremely tidy and conscientious with the work.. would never use anyone else, the work truly is faultless and also a lovely team to have at the house.

We purchased artificial grass from James and was impressed with the quality and colour.
James delivered, fitted it to an high standard and it was the finishing touch to our garden.
Thank you

I was directed to James by my daughter and next door neighbour who had used him for home and garden. They both had told me that he had done it really good job. I contacted him as we needed our newly installed en-suite re flooring. The job was completed very quickly and efficiently. We were so impressed we asked him to do our main bathroom. Again he did a brilliant job. We have now booked him for our downstairs toilet which he should be doing next week. If we need any more carpets fitting we know who will be doing it.

Following a bit of a crisis in our dining room, we really needed someone to come in and guide us through the process of having the old wooden flooring uplifted, who would talk through options regarding new flooring, who would organise a joiner to put back/renew skirting boards (shout out to Andy!), and who would talk us through every step of the process, and allay any fears we might have. James Cottam was our man! He was both friendly and professional, arrived when he said he would, and although he encountered one or two snags along the way, James took them in his stride, considered the problem and resolved it. He cleared away all the off cuts and debris before he left and the finished floor is fab!
We will certainly call upon James in the future, his skills and reliability are second to none.

We had new vinyl flooring fitted in 2 bathrooms following a leak. James had great quality options available, was able to source a different style at my request for one of the rooms and also did a great job, we’re so pleased with the finish. He managed to fit us in before Christmas and turned up exactly when promised.

Messaged James on the off chance he could squeeze us in for a carpet relay after having fitted wardrobes done. James called and was able to fit us in at short notice. We'd definitely recommend James and use him again if needed.

James and Chris have just fitted a lounge carpet for us and we are very pleased with the finished product. James has done work for us before and so we know he fits quality products to a very high standard.

Excellent service from start to finish. We are loving our new carpets. James was very friendly and did a great job! Thank you :)

James and Chris arrived promptly this morning and got straight to work fitting our wooden flooring. They worked hard and were finished in good time, so that we could put the furniture back, which they helped us to do. The floor looks amazing and I would definitely recommend them to do your flooring.

James recently fitted a floor in our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! From the initial quote to the final install, the whole process was completely pain-free. James was professional, efficient, and the quality of his work is excellent. The new floor looks fantastic and has transformed the space. Highly recommend!

James and Chris from JCF have just finished laying our new lounge, hall, stairs and landing carpets, they were professional, friendly, courteous and the fitting of the carpets is exceptional. As the advert says ‘Flooring Laid to Perfection’.
Thank you so much James.

JCF from start to finish excellent friendly & efficient service with value, our bedroom carpets look great, really appreciated the extra mile moving heavy furniture and beds, highly recommended by very satisfied customers from Stamford, Thank you James & Chris

James and Chris arrived promptly at 8am this morning to fit my lounge carpet and they did and excellent job and finished in 2hours. James is a professional business man and kept me informed at every step from bringing samples to my home just 3 weeks ago. I thoroughly recommend this business for all your flooring needs.

We could not have been more delighted with the manner in which James and his team completed the installation of our engineered wood flooring. It proved to be a complex job in our first floor apartment and James was excellent in planning the work and working with us in meeting our requirements. The quality of the work was second to none.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from James Cottam Flooring. From the very beginning, James was incredibly helpful. He really listened to what I was looking for and took the time to match the perfect flooring to suit my home. His product knowledge was outstanding, and he made what could have been an overwhelming choice feel straightforward and stress free.

The communication throughout the whole process was excellent. James kept me updated at every stage, was easy to reach, and always responded promptly to any questions I had. The fitting itself was done to an extremely high standard with great attention to detail, and the finished result looks absolutely fantastic.

All of this came at a very reasonable price, which made the experience even better. I’m so pleased I chose James Cottam Flooring and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and genuine customer care. Thank you again!

James had previously installed wood flooring in my living room and did a fantastic job. So it was only natural I called him again to look at the second bedroom flooring. Quality job done and room looks brilliant. His colleague Chris cleaned the skirting boards and they looked new. The oak finish flooring goes phenomally well with my Olive green walls. Will definitely call him again for the next bedroom and hallway flooring.

James was prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future. Thank you.

James is the epitome of an efficient and trustworthy tradesman. From the initial enquiry about a laminate floor for my lounge, through to the laying of it, the process has been stress-free and the result is immaculate. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

I was given contact details for James when I asked forever green lawns for details of our local installer. Although not overly local James was willing to travel to Kings Lynn to complete our artificial grass installation.
Communication was so easy, all questions answered without delay.
The grass was the final stage to our garden project and we wanted to get it fitted well, I cannot reccomend James highly enough. All work completed to such a high standard.
I am in love with our new garden!
Thank you!!
