I loved everything about my shopping…
I loved everything about my shopping from this store! From their customer service to the quality of their products. This is not my first or second time buying from them and they have always delivered. Though the first time, they had issues with the courier service but that was communicated to me and I felt really pleased. Every other time it has been swift and smooth.

Total SCAM!
I am soooo fed up of being scammed!
As with many of the other reviews, I have not received my goods and I am getting no response to my emails and phone calls. To prove how bad this company is, I did actually receive a phone call from them and was told the delay was due to the horrific floods in Spain. I of course was sympathetic to this and accepted that they were receiving my order shortly and would definitely get it to me in time for Christmas. I asked them to write this in an email for me, which they did. Somehow, however, they have managed to delete this email from my account as I can no longer find it and surprise, surprise, they have gone dark on me.
My order was a medicinal cream for my 83 year old mother and I had explained how urgent it was, but clearly, they don’t care! Please, please, do not order from this bogus company, it is an absolute SCAM.

Perfume that never arrived but was charged.
Ordered a perfume that never arrived. It has now been well over amonth. After an exchange with "Joseph", who told me that their stock was in Valencia and because of the flooding, they were running late, communication stopped and the perfume never arrived. Total scam. I will report them for fraud.
Update: after contacting them telling them that I would report them, I finally got a refund.

I ordered some aftershave on 24th…
I ordered some aftershave on 24th October. Just before processing a message came up to say card not recognised. Mastercard. I decided not to process order.
Three days later the order was processed with my old address and different 3 digit code. How can this happen. I spoke to a very polite young lady who unfortunately only answers on a weekly basis and recieved a lot of empty promises. It is now 19th December and and no nearer to getting my goods.
After some research found ot that this company is not what they seem. They are based in Stratford East London.
Dont go near them as its a scam…….

Scammers with fake prices
On the 16/09 I ordered a 1000ml conditioner from them.
4 days later I received the parcel and there was a 300ml.
I reached out to them to let them know of the mistake and Jagjeet gave me the choice of a partial refund (the equivalent of 2 x 300ml bottles) or for them to send 2 x 300ml.
I sent them my choice (the two bottles) and heard nothing. I chased them for a tracking number and the response from Joseph was they would notify me when the bottles were shipped. A fortnight later and nothing so I chased them and have been ignored. I gave them one last chance on 7/10 to reply and still haven’t heard from them.
EDIT: 4 months after getting a refund from the credit card company, I finally received a response from jag couture with a 40% discount offer on this trustpilot review.
No thank you.
I work in retail, and whilst the customer is not always right, when a mistake is made it should be addressed promptly and not ignored.
I appreciate they are now probably trying to change the minds of the reviewers whom were warning others of their past experiences, and hopefully give them a better experience the next time, however for me it’s insulting and way too late.

The order did arrive, goods legitimate
These folks don't do themselves many favours with their communication, but behind the scenes things are happening.
I ordered a difficult to find perfume for my mother, First by van cleef and arpels. Placed the order. Heard nothing. Waited a week. Began to worry. Fairly difficult getting through on the phone but after a few tries over two days I did get through and they said the order would be dispatched the following day.
A tracking link duly arrived and it turned out my order had been on the move since the day after I placed it, just that it was originating in a different country and had all the transport and customs faff associated with that which had eaten up the time. No idea why they didn't give me that tracking link when it got sent the week before, or told me they were sourcing from overseas - that would have calmed a lot of concerns. But hey, it's got here. It's good and for me at least, the scam alarm is unwarranted.
