Well done.
Fantastic result. It was so difficult getting my order through the delivery company DX but JAG could not have been more helpful and supportive. They answered the phone promptly and gave me assistance over and beyond. They had the order returned to them and then shipped it Royal Mail to me. It may have taken up to 3 weeks to get to me and I was despairing, but because of their tenacity, I received my order.
As for the product supplied, I think, through JAG, I have managed to find the last items available of a beloved product that is discontinued. I think I may have enough to keep me going for a couple of years, which at my age is wonderful. Thank you.

Scammers with fake prices
On the 16/09 I ordered a 1000ml conditioner from them.
4 days later I received the parcel and there was a 300ml.
I reached out to them to let them know of the mistake and Jagjeet gave me the choice of a partial refund (the equivalent of 2 x 300ml bottles) or for them to send 2 x 300ml.
I sent them my choice (the two bottles) and heard nothing. I chased them for a tracking number and the response from Joseph was they would notify me when the bottles were shipped. A fortnight later and nothing so I chased them and have been ignored. I gave them one last chance on 7/10 to reply and still haven’t heard from them.

I made a simple order (order #401318) on May 31st. I understand that international shipment can take time but on June 28th (basically, a month later), I still haven't received my order or any information after sending emails to receive a follow-up or update on the situation.

Your first order delivery had to be replaced, because the logistics couldn't deliver to Canada, due to some customs regulations on flammable products. That's what happened, which caused the delay.
We quickly had to get another Product Delivery arranged for you, through our partners in Canada. This is the product that is due to be delivered to you within the next 5 - 7 days.
We have been doing everything in our power to correct the delay that took place on your Order, and get it delivered to you as soon as possible, and we were not aware that you had not received our email updates.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. A 1 star review is very unfair when we have worked extra hard on your order, and to get it to you quickly.

I paid the delivery to my notify place. But they delivery the parcel to a too far away from my notify place. What are they doing. The express delivery cost is the delay delivery result not my fault.
After we rate this company 1 star on the Trustpilot. They are contact me via WhatsApp, said that their staff have been in hospital due to ill health. But I not known why the company no other person to handle the order and delivery issue.

Due to a glitch in our system, you got lucky and purchased a product from us, at cost price. There was a slight delay, which we made up to you by arranging FedEx International Express Delivery for £23, when your purchase was only £20. We don't mind making a loss, because our Customer Relationship is the most important thing to us.
Only to discover that your poor review, and lies was just an attempt to get the product and refund.
We arranged for FedEx to Deliver directly to your home. You told FedEx that you want to collect it from a Pickup Point, do you really think that we wouldn't know that you have received the product????
It is a shame that people like you are allowed to leave reviews. Trustpilot is a platform for Honesty and Real Customers to share their genuine experiences. Not to try to steal and post lies about an Innocent Company.
We have given you a wonderful product at Cost price which we arranged to be delivered to your door! Do we deserve a 1 Star Review.
