I found a leak under my sink, I called at 5.30pm and thanks to Ted Turner's swift actions a plumber had arrived and fixed everything within 2 hours - I really appreciated his clear communication and can do attitude.

This has been the single worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent. Their consistent incompetence and lack of professionalism made the moving-out process far more stressful than it needed to be.

The communication was a complete disaster. After confirming our move-out date, we were relentlessly spammed with calls and emails. Worse, they consistently failed to include one of our flatmates on all communications, despite being repeatedly asked to do so. This led to confusion and extra work for us to relay information. On top of that, they provided sensitive personal information about us, the current tenants, to prospective new tenants, which is a serious breach of privacy.

In addition to their poor service to us, we learned they were actively misinforming potential new tenants about the property. They told multiple people that the private garden was shared and that a council parking permit was required, even though the property has a private driveway. This sort of misinformation could significantly devalue the property and shows a lack of basic knowledge about the homes they manage.
I would strongly caution both tenants and landlords against using this agency. As a tenant, you can expect an unprofessional and frustrating experience. As a landlord, you can expect your property to be misrepresented, potentially costing you money and attracting the wrong tenants.

I’ve had a very efficient and reliable service so far. Since I’ve been in communication with Chris Thomas, my mind is at ease knowing that he is always reachable and issues are dealt with promptly. I Would recommend your property management to others

passed between multiple property managers in 2.5 yr tenancy, slow to respond and limited in how much help they eventually did provide for routine maintenance. Tried to return us just 15% of deposit back at end of tenancy. Luckily TDS got involved and returned us fair amount. Would not recommend. Make sure you take walkaround videos and document everything the day you move in.

The property management team were great in helping fix and maintain my property while away. Especially Enrico who was very on the ball and always tried to find the most effective solution. He is a credit to his company, his efficiency is beyond what I expected.

We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution.
As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear.
Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.

Jacksons have been great to work with - Enrico in particular is very dilligent and always there to support both me and my tennants. Living abroad makes this especially valuable as I know I have someone I can trust looking after my flat for me

Since working with Ledj, I have found her to be incredibly supportive. Her communications are speedy and personal, and she seems to care about giving the best service she can.

Jacksons has been managing and letting my property for over 17 years and I’ve always been happy with their services. I’ve had the most contact with Kimberley the property manager who is excellent - very prompt, professional and knowledgeable - and she has given excellent advice.
Most recently there was a big project which was led by Ana in the Design and Refurbishment department. I cannot speak highly enough of how well she managed this project which included unexpected surprises and changes whilst keeping the work on track and keeping me informed at all times.

Jackson’s have been our letting agents for nearly a decade. In that time we have been particularly fortunate to have always been able to rely on Anna Tonial for help organising property maintenance and refurbishment. Anna is knowledgeable, efficient , understands both the landlord’s and tenant’s needs, and how to make things work for all. We have come to totally trust her judgement and her efficiency. As a small landlord living away from London she has been invaluable as a relied upon agent. She has once again been exemplary in preparing for a redecoration and minor refurbishment. Other elements of Jackson’s service are also very good, but Anna is a star
