Do not stay at The Heim. My partner and I stayed here, took care of the property, and left it exactly as we found it. Despite this, we were later hit with a bill of over £1,000 for damage that was clearly not caused by us, but rather after our departure—likely by the cleaner or host. This charge was unfairly and dishonestly blamed on us. It feels like an attempt to extort money rather than genuine hosting. Save yourself the stress and disappointment—book elsewhere.

From the moment we got our instructions they were so straightforward and easy to guide from their, the apartment was beautiful nothing was un answered and the comfort we felt was so amazing , we were really nervous as we came from Edinburgh and hoped for the best but this blew our minds how lovely the company is and the comfort of the apartment and how spacious it is too.
I had a few questions and Theresa phoned me straight away and made it so simple and easy to understand such a lovely environment and lovely support.
Everything was spotless and the cleaners take alot of time and effort to make sure it’s up to the highest standards!

Fantastic accommodation for our stay. The place is very clean and and the location is great for getting into Manchester. We liaised with Theresa who made sure we had everything we needed.

If I could give 0 stars, I would — and that still feels generous.
We stayed at The Heim in Manchester (Noir apartment) for 2 nights, paying £160 a night for what can only be described as a masterclass in disappointment.

From the moment we arrived, it was a game of “how many times can we chase them up before they actually respond?” Spoiler: a lot. The Sky Glass TV didn’t work the entire time, and because Sky Glass won’t let you plug in your own devices, we had the privilege of paying for two nights of staring at the wall.

When we complained, we were graciously offered a 20% refund… which of course didn’t apply to the mysterious £91 “cleaning fee” for two nights. But wait, it gets better — they’re now holding our deposit hostage over a microscopic “stain” on a towel. I’ve seen bigger marks from a splash of tap water, but apparently this warrants a £14 “replacement.”

Luxury? Relaxation? Not even close. More like overpriced stress with a side of petty charges. This company is an absolute joke — unless you enjoy overpaying for broken amenities and arguing over towels, go literally anywhere else.

We stayed at “The Hive” all I can say is…book somewhere else. This apartment was filthy in areas, filthy marks all over the carpets, some sort of spillage in the bathroom draw that had not been cleaned, dishes in the dishwasher that had not been cleaned, and dirty bedding, all of this along with “Sky Tv” that didn’t work the entire stay even though we contacted customer service EVERY DAY! We received no help whatsoever, probably the worst stay I’ve ever had.

I had a great experience staying with The Heim Residences. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location. What made the stay truly exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Both Theresa and Kevin were incredibly supportive and responsive throughout my stay — their help made everything smooth and stress-free.

We were very pleased with the accommodation and it's central location. An added benefit was that several fans were provided as standard which help with the extremely hot and humid weather that we have recently had. The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials necessary. Just one point that we couldn't seem to tune the tv into freeview channels. Possibly something that we were doing wrong?

Had a brilliant stay, the apartment was beautiful with amazing views! Had everything I needed for my stay. Really comprehensive & easy to follow guides to all aspects of the building provided too. Theresa & Kevin were exceptional hosts, replying quickly to my messages & ensuring my stay was smooth. Having stayed in a few short term lets recently, the communication & service from Theresa & Kevin really stood out. Would absolutely use Heim again (in fact, I currently am!), highly recommend.

The facility os very good, all appliances where helpful for indoor use and cooking.

🌟 Great place for a long-term stay
We stayed in the apartment for 4 months and were very happy with everything. The space is beautifully designed — stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable from day one.
A big thank you to Kevin and Teresa — they were incredibly kind, always available, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
The building is modern and well-maintained, with a welcoming lobby and a concierge — it feels safe and well cared for. There’s also a 24/7 gym and a private terrace available to residents, which was a great bonus.
We also really enjoyed the area — great location with plenty of cafes, shops, and useful places nearby.
We truly loved our stay — would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

I had a wonderful stay at The Heim Residences! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Theresa and Kevin were fantastic hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. The team were quick to respond and went out of their way to assist, including setting up the sofa bed for our group. Their professionalism and warmth really made a difference. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I must commend your services. I stayed for 9 days from the 28th of March to the 5th of April. The apartment was not only sparkling clean but very beautiful with the pictures. The bathroom was so beautiful. And to talk bout the services? I must mention Theresa cos she was always ready to help & assist. My stay here was awesome. I’ll definitely come back.

Kevin and Aimee couldn’t have been better. There was an issue with the availability of the apartment and they both went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as good as it can be. They were in person, supporting and always available on the phone .

During my recent visits to Manchester, I have utilised Heim Residences on multiple occasions. They provide a range of aesthetically pleasing apartments situated in the center of the city. Both Theresa and Kevin are readily available to assist with concierge requests and address any concerns that may arise, although I have never encountered any issues. The overall cost for several days is more affordable compared to a hotel, while also offering the advantage of greater living space. I highly recommend considering Heim Residences for your accommodation needs.
