Great service, love my coat . Fits perfectly.

On Tuesday 14 October I bought some trousers and boots for beating and I was very grateful for the wonderful service I received from two ladies serving in the shop. They spent a lot of time advising me and making sure I purchased the right items for my needs. I will definitely be coming to the shop again and they deserve a pay rise!!

Absolutely outstanding service, friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have the correct product for your needs and the correct size.
Would highly recommend to all my friends anyone else pursuing outdoor activities.

Wow, wow. wow - ordered yesterday, delivered today, and cheaper than other retailers.

Easy website to use, free postage!
Very quick shipping. 👍

Great old fashioned service.
Communicated by email with a query and the response was very quick and most helpful.
I made an online purchase but wanted the dispatch delayed by a few days which was no problem.
Item arrived bang on time and was thrilled with it.
Am sure I will be a returning customer.
Thank you Jacks 1952 🤩

Prompt delivery , great company, no fuss just good quality service and products.
Would definitely recommend.

Very quick service. Ordered on Friday afternoon, delivered on Saturday via Royal Mail. Very impressive.

One of only 3 places in the UK to stock the Scarpa trainers that I wanted. Decent price and fast delivery

Thank you for fulfilling my order so quickly and efficiently. My new neck cooler has been put to good use already!

Great help with the courier from the shop. Proactive. Thanks!

Absolutely brilliant service! Ordered on a Friday, dispatched Saturday & delivery via Royal Mail on a Sunday (and it was a Bank holiday too!!!) Thank you!

Phoned and spoke to a lady called Gaynor regarding a pair of Meindl walking shoes.
She physically checked shoes were in stock and advised me to order on the phone as she would then pack them and walk them around to the post office next door!
They arrived at my door within 24 hours.
Friendly old fashioned service. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of Meindl Activo Walking shoes - they were too big so I rang Jacks to organise an exchange. They were fine about it and once they'd received the return package, they despatched the size smaller.
My only reservation is that I didn't know when their package would arrive, so had to leave a note on the front door with instructions.

I was looking for a decent winter jacket, a friend had spoken of Jack's in Gt Dunmow. I visited the shop and was delighted, the knowledgeable staff went over and above to ensure I had the garment right for my needs. I tried on many coats with the help from Debbie a delightful lady. old school values and service, in fact a pleasure to visit 😀

Fast delivery and slight issue rectified easily. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and extremely quick delivery. I will definitely shop again

Really quick delivery
Very good useful coat Harkila still the best!
Thanks

Great product, availability, price and delivery! What more could I ask.

Ordered late afternoon and arrived next day at the other end of the country. Also happen to have an obsolete style from Barbour in the right colour and size - what a bonus!
