Screwed me over on referral bonus. Told me my referral used my link and made a deposit but needed to finish verifying account, so they verified the account, then support says they never clicked my link. Shitty

I have had an amazing experience with this site! I have won multiple times over 300 each time, and the redemption process is hands down one of the quickest I have ever seen and I play on ALOT of sites! Definitely tampering with games!!! Beware!! In my first few weeks on the site did good, about a grand spent on the multiple "welcome" pkgs, got $3k back, fairly quickly compared to baba and such that take a half a month to pay anything more than $150... but everything was cool until after that big payout.

Tampering: My acct can be logged in for days or i just logged in but when I'm in the middle of a bonus or getting a bonus it logs me out and I lose my spot... and the bonus. This only has happened during bonuses and it has happened now over a 100x's... including multiple today playing on $300.

After the first couple weeks and the big payout, since then nothing but dead spins and game manipulation, and now below breakeven. Done with the site!

Chalk up another 1 star for this and it's brand new sister company GrandPrize casino. Be warned, you will absolutely not enjoy losing your money here. It became evident that they both were predictably predetermined outcomes depending on deposit. Ive given this establishment roughly 200 today (not a whole lot) but spun probably close to 1000x collective. Not 1 single time a bonus that was unpurchased. I'll say it like it is. This business should be sued and owners, partners, shareholders, board members, whatever they've got.. jailed for larceny. How else would they get such an awful rating before this review? Do yourself the favor. If donating to charity is your goal, I'm sure you'll feel better handing it to any private business in your city. Or, screw it, give it to the next homeless person you see. You may as well start a bonfire with it in efforts to have a good time here. Not sure about you but I can ALWAYS smell fish when I know a casino is never going to pay out more than the mandatory minimum redemption amounts.

Ok so i actually was hesitant to play on this site because of the trust pilot reviews. What i have come to think is that a lot of people on here that put sweeps casinos down saying they dont pay try to cash out before thier verified. I always verify before I spend money. Some casinos will ask you to reverify when redeeming which is dumb but jackpot daily did not ask again it was easy to get verified and really easy to redeem. I got my swimming within 12 hour and that was my first redemption. Some sites that first redemption is a pain. But Jackpot daily was simple. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star because they dont have some games I like playing on most sites. Thats the only knock I wish they had playson and specific 3 oaks games purple diamond being one of them. I'm going to rate a 3 until my redemption it comes through its saying in progress and it's been over 24hr. But so far it's a great site to play i had no problem getting verified and redeeming but I will give an update when my redemption hits my account.

UPDATE.. I received my redemption it didn't take but around 34 hr after I redeem it. So I have had an excellent experience..

Welcome bonus and games are great only issue now is my verification it was approved but they say they had technical issues updating it to my account and just get the run around with it. Scam. This website misled its users with a fraudulent promotion. Customer service took days to poorly correspond had the nerve to suggest I spend more money with their scam platform.

I’ve played a few times and I’ve been able to redeem twice and I have gotten my funds within 24 hours. The only reason I’m leaving three stars instead of five is because I didn’t get my referral bonus for the three people I referred, but I can confirm that they aren’t a scam they do payout

No issues so far, site is modern & easy to use. Requested a redeem on 5/5 will update on how long it takes.

Update: I got my payout of $482 the next day, making it one of the fastest sweep casino payouts, however, they don't value bonus buy 1:1 on playthough, so if you buy a bonus for $36 only $22 will go to playthough before you can redeem.
