I actually really enjoyed this app and their deals but there’s alot of times the games crash on our phone so my husband and I will login on the computer. Sometimes his phone will give “wrong location” so he will login on mine to play or whatever the case may be. Get this…. He put in a redemption and the next day (today) …. lol his account his disabled because he logged into his account on another device and I play on the device as well but on MY ACCOUNT. lol are we allowed to be on the same WiFi? What if we shared a phone? We share a laptop? This is stupid so for those of you who will potentially use another device , I guess don’t.

Stupity, Callowness, And Mediocrity from customer support
I needed to fill people in about the intelligence challenged support that I received from what is unscrupulously called "customer" support. So my first interaction with a CSR was on June 25th when I signed up for JackpotDaily, you have the choice of signing up thru your google account, Facebook account, or by using your email and creating a password, and my email was the method I chose. So they sent me a verification email with a code to enter on their site which I then verified, and shortly after entering the verification code and the site labeling my email as verified, I was logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, it stated that either my username (Email) or my password were incorrect, and I chalked it up to maybe i misspelled what I had chosen for a password. Click on 'forgot password' entered my now verified email and the site then said not a registered email, I knew it wasnt misspelled since its used so often that after typing the first 2 letters it comes up as suggestive text plus the fact that they had already sent me an email, but I figured maybe the site was slow so I tried it 2 more times and then immediately went to support to find out why my email wasnt working. Unaware of the sheer ignorance that was speeding down this so called information highway heading the wrong way and directly in my lane, I have to admit that I was joyful at first due to a nonexistent wait time, and without any psychic abilities I explained my issues I was having with my email and explained that they sent me a verification code and how after entering the code and seeing my email being labeled as verified by a little green checkmark, thats when i was asked "what method did you use to login?". So I went over some details in my head of the first exchange...'I said email...yeah...do they verif...when goog..maybe faceboo...but goog...hmm..not sure...maybe they do 6 step verif...but...oh well' and thats when I respond with one word..."email"! And roughly 45 seconds later I get "when you logged in the first time what method did you use?" and I quickly glance in every direction searching for hidden cameras...then i reply "i used my email, I think thats what youre asking me" and maybe another minute goes by give or take a lifetime...and his reply that popped up told me I was dealing with a person that was ill informed about how the site works or, more plausible, a person who modeled their life from the movie "Idiocracy" cuz it read 'google or facebook'. So i had to explain that those were 2 of the 3 options offered to one signing up, and how if you choose email and password that you must verify that is your correct email cuz you dont have google or facebook stating yes this email is theirs, while reiterating how I already verified my email and I was met with the response "well your email isnt registered" which is asked "how is that possible if I was in the middle of setting up my profile and you guys sent me an email already that I used to verify my email..."dunno but its not registered"! I figured at this time that I would try again later cuz I had other things to attend to so I said "alright, whatever!" Then today not realizing that it was about the same time of day as the first time, I sign up again everything goes smoothly but I notice that my birthdate didnt take a number when I typed it in so I head straight to support to get this fixed cuz if i do win on this site...i would get denied redemption due to dates not matching my ID. Get to the support page where im informed that im second in the queue which would take a minute or less...11 minutes later...the name isnt important and we shouldnt single anyone out so I will call him Ms ALi COMb, WHITE racist...logs on says nothing for a minute or three, then a screen pops up asking me to rate the service received thru support, this is how i knew i was dealing with the same waste of an unfertile egg! So ive come to the conclusion that JackpotDaily is a Scam and is either based out of West Africa or out of sand tunnels in Iraq and is funding terrorist organizations and raising scammers both after their dad's finish pumping hatred for the US into their brown eye snightly! Mal.com for one loves those long nights with his dad right before the donkey punch goodnight...then dreams throughout the night of the fun games him and his uncle play while sucking on his fist in anticipation!!!

I had no problems withdrawing 200 dollars. I deposited 9.99 and the gave me 30 I played back and forth for a couple of days then hit. I put in a withdrawal request on Father's Day and received my money this morning around 430 am. I would suggest getting verified before playing that way when you do or if you do win it won't be a hassle.

Waiting for redemption
Had hopes that this place was legitimate... I've been verified and have spent hundreds of dollars. I finally got a good win and tried to redeem. My redemption has been pending for 5 days now and support just tells me that it takes 10 days to process. I will not cancel my redemption and will wait out the remaining 5 days that is left of the 10 day processing time and see if i actually recieve my winnings.. until i get paid this will remain a 1 star rating. I’ve had a great experience with jackpotdaily. I won and redeemed multiple times without a problem, all usually within 24hrs. Customer support is very fast and quick to figure out problems. I won a good amount the other day and haven’t had an update on it so that’s the reason for 4 stars. I will update to 5 stars if it comes within the 10 day period they promise
UPDATE: I received the full amount after 5 business days. They had to re-verify me and needed some extra documents, but once my redemption was approved I received it in 8 hours. Hands down the best support, and best vip program out there. Highly recommend!
