They said being eligible for the weekly…

They said being eligible for the weekly bonus is based off losses. I have receipts of their support stating it’s not only based off losses but many other factors. I again for the third week in a row, did not receive a weekly bonus. Each week I’ve lost thousands. They will do everything to ensure you are not rewarded. Rakeback is the worst, support takes over a week sometimes weeks to reply, and they provide zero transparency regarding any bonus. Do not use this horrible site. They do not even require KYC. Because of the no KYC my 15 year old brother and his friends were gambling on their site. I foresee this site shutdown in the near future for allowing underage gambling. Odds are they will remove my review even though it’s 100% truthful.

This site scams people

This site scams people; do not register. You will simply be robbed under the pretext of having multiple accounts. They are not a reputable operation, nor do they provide quality services. Stay away from this platform.
I had the bad luck of getting lucky, and my money got stolen.
I was registered with Jackbit, not Jack.com; they switched sites without notifying me, and now I'm being penalized because of the old site? I just don't get it! They simply stole €3,200 from me.

Removed all my winnings after I requested a withdrawal.
Claimed I had violated terms and conditions section 8&9.
Complete nonsense of course. Just another scammy operator abusing the fact there is no regulatory body.
Stay away!

How am I supposed to know this is the same company? Why then do you have a separate trustpilot?!
