Awful site do not use avoid withdrew £40 on Friday at 9.30pm it is now Sunday and withdrawal is still pending yet it still allows you to deposit, I have emailed no reply went to live chat where there was 108 people in queue said someone will answer within 24 mins to 38 then i jumped from 108 to 151 people in queue ahead of me and now 2 hour wait to chat to someone, I just want my £40 and am closing my account please please please don’t use this betting site you have been warned.

Had a withdrawal processing since 11pm Friday it's now 10am Sunday and still nothing. Usually instant now absolutely nothing and support give you zero updates. TRASH
EDIT To their Response: 72hrs now and doesn't really answer anyones questions around why. If there is a backlog due to an error, lack of manpower etc some openess with customers actually benefits us all vs keeping everyone in the dark. But what do I know...

Still currently waiting for it to go in my bank, seems they have forgotten to approve my funds, now I've got to wait even longer to receive them, wait for an email, if I even get the money!!
