We’d also like to clarify that raising a chargeback with your bank isn’t an alternative way to recover a pending withdrawal. Chargebacks are treated separately from the withdrawal process and may result in the closure of the account, in line with our terms and conditions.

We understand that waiting for your funds is frustrating, but we’d encourage customers with pending withdrawals to continue through the usual support and complaints process rather than initiating a chargeback.
