iTaxi Cyprus Anmeldelser

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from one of your drivers on October 13th.
I booked a taxi for a trip from Patsalos Beach Club to Larnaca Airport, and the experience was outstanding. The driver, Pakko, arrived exactly on time, which helped me stay relaxed and on schedule.
From the moment I got into the vehicle, Pakko was incredibly polite, welcoming, and greeted me with a warm smile. His friendly attitude and professional demeanor made the entire journey very pleasant and comfortable.
Please convey my gratitude to Pakko. It is rare to experience such high-quality customer service, and because of this wonderful experience, I will certainly choose your company again and recommend it to others.
Thank you once again for the fantastic service.
Best regards,
Zehavit

This is the second time I have used iTaxi Cyprus for airport transfer and throughly recommend them. Reasonably priced, easy booking system, fabulous communication before and during the trip. Driver Andy met us at the airport with a sign. Very friendly and nice to talk to. Dropped us off at our location no problems. Felt safe. Will definitley use again.
Thank you

I had good experience , very helpful, considerate, good service and reasonable price. highly recommend

Rode with Chryso to the airport, was awsome professional and fun!

We cannot recommend this taxi company highly enough. Traveling can sometimes be unpredictable, but having a reliable and professional transportation service made a huge difference in our experience in Cyprus.

Every driver we had was exceptional. Always on time, courteous, and incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and stress-free, no matter the situation.

The vehicles were clean, well maintained, and the overall service felt both safe and premium. It is clear that this company values its customers and maintains very high standards across the board.

What impressed us most was the consistency in service. Every ride felt just as good as the last, which speaks volumes about how well this company is run.

If you are visiting Cyprus and want a smooth, reliable, and genuinely pleasant transportation experience, this is the company to choose.

Excellent service , met by Tony clear instructions on where to find him , very helpful .
Comfortable minibus
Thankyou

Excellent Communications, Efficient, Clean & comfortable vehicle, Pleasant and Helpful Driver - Highly Recommend this service

They arranged my pick up time to go to the Larnaca airport very early morning
The driver arrived on time.
He was very kind, respectful and careful driving. Very pleasant ride!
Also the price was fair and good thing is they accept debit card , I did not have cash at that moment
Thank you!

We had a great experience with iTaxi Cyprus from Larnaca airport to Protaras. Competitive price, excellent communication confirming pick up and drop off location. Would highly recommend.

I used itaxi for a day trip to Paphos from Larnaca, Cypress including intermediate stops to see Kyrenia Castle, Tomb of the Kings, Aphrodite's Rock, Sanctuary of Apollo, the Kourion Archaeological site, and the incredible mosaics of the Paphos Archaeological Park...and we stopped for lunch at one of the best Greek/Cypriot restaurants I have ever eaten at. Chrysotheo, my guide, was incredible. Excellent conversationalist (and thus wonderful English), great knowledge about what I was going to see, very safe driver, and made sure that I had plenty of time to visit each site as desired. She also took me to a fantastic Greek restaurant for lunch......what a great food experience!! (that was probably one of the best parts of the tour). This visit was the first day of 10 on my vacation and it is going to be hard to top. Highest recommendation for itaxi and for Chrysotheo!!

Excellent service, timely pickups, and a company with a very warm and friendly approach. The drivers were excellent, especially Chriso, our return driver. Highly recommended.

Very reliable and excellent communication both when booking and on the day of travel. Courteous drivers and comfortable cars travel in. Will definitely be using iTaxi again.

Used iTaxi for airport pickupp and a couple of short rides around Limassol during our stay, it was easy to book, driver was early, clean car and friendly without being overly chatty, which I appriciete at 6 AM. Prices were clear upfront and no surprises.
Only small thing, it would've been helpful if the app (or booking confirmation) showed the car's license plate or a photo, especially at Larnaca where there are tons of Taxis, had to double check a few times. But overall, smooth experience.

Excellent and prompt services! However I would like to especially say thanks to Maria with whom I chatted via email about the services we ordered. She literally replied back to me within minutes!! I really appreciate these prompt contributions and assistance!

Michael drove me and my husband from Limasol to Larnaka airport. Polite, friendly, helpsom and a good driver. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing customer service! People who really want to help with all their heart. I drove them crazy quite a bit and they responded to all my requests in a pleasant and tolerant manner. Truly a winning company in every way!!

Superb communication before we flew, when we arrived and whilst we were away (we had to change our pick up time to the airport). Good safe drivers, and decent vehicles too - and every reasonably priced.

Hi when booking for airport transfer do you put time of plane landing and then it’s I monitors if delays
