Great service start to finish

Super quick and efficient! Was just kept up to date via emails and my phone is working perfectly since returned ! Super happy customer

Great Job repairing my charging port.

I've used this company a few times now, for installing new batteries to both my and my family's iphones and have found them to be very good.

They give a quick turnaround and always do a professional job. No complaints from me!

This is the second time I have used Free Fusion.
The first time weas to replace the battery in my iPhone.
I was nervous about posting my phone, but was reassured that all data was safe.
The battery was replaced quickly and efficiently.
This week I sent my phone it to have the charging port replaced.
I posted it on 9 Feb and it was returned on 11 Feb.
Fantastic!
Highly recommended.

A quick secure service at a very reasonable cost. They replaced the battery in my iPod classic. I was kept fully up to date with progress of the work and my device was returned within a week.

Very efficient, easy to deal with at all stages

I took my phone to two other repair shops near my work and they couldn't offer much help with my i-phone that kept switching itself off every few minutes. I tried Free Fusion as they were local to home and, third time lucky, i got the experts! They took lots of time over a few days to thoroughly check things, and they fixed it. So happy and cant recommend highly enough.

Easy to follow instructions to get i-pod battery replaced, at a good price and in only about a week. I can only highly recommend Free Fusion Ltd. and would certainly use them again.

Service was excellent, I posted special delivery and they did the repair in receipt and dispathced back special delivery on the same day - brilliant stuff - I was only without the phone for 2 days.

A quick turnaround. Phone came back as good as new. They kept me informed from receipt to return.

The customer service is always friendly and welcoming.

Went in with a dusty phone and when I came back worked just like new! No need to think of getting a new phone!

Very good price and quick at doing the job as well :)

Certainly recommend the place

Quick turnaround, competitive pricing and kept up to date of the progress via email. Great repair.

Got a new iPhone battery and it’s been great. They received my phone, replaced the battery and got it back in the post all in one day, and sent emails to confirm this and keep me updated. Excellent service.

The repair seems excellent, but it took about 4 weeks before it was returned, and after a reminder email and call they came back to say they had tried to call me (not email from some reason) yet I had no record of a call or message. In fairness I suspect it doesn't happen regularly....but they asked for feedback

Very prompt service. Everything as described.

Excellent service , replaced screen and charging point quickly and efficiently. Phone returned and works perfectly

Brilliant service damaged screen replaced within 1 hour.

Great service, product fixed and returned within a day. Good communication through out. Thoroughly recommend

We've used this company time and time again - good communication - always helpful - turnarounds times good - great value!! ESPECIALLY as the phone & iPads are given a new lease of life. Bargain!!
