I like the ion bottle well enough. I ordered three - only received two - they did send the third one after contact. My husband likes his - I feel I have a bit more energy. My bottle leaks randomly so that’s annoying but overall I’m happy with the bottles.

I have owned more than one type of ion bottle and I love them! The Pro is my favorite at this point in time. The water tastes clean and fresh! I do feel more energized, with better focus, less brain fog,!
I’m also experiencing less joint pain and back pain which is a huge benefit.

I really enjoy my bottle love the clean setting working out really well for me. The only thing I would add is the instructions are a bit vague. I have a hard time understanding the straw aspect of it, but I’m just getting familiar with it. I also enjoyed that the instructions weren’t too overwhelming as well

My husband and I both got the Atom ion water bottle and both have different results. I am not as constipated anymore, and my husband‘s joints feel better. We will definitely keep using it. It has been about two months now and definitely see results. The cleaning button didn’t work on either one of ours and the cover for the display fell off. That’s why it doesn’t have a five star.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this bottle! The straw is stuck in the cap and you have to use a knife in order to pry it out. The port for charging should be sealed better, it just seems cheap. Pretty disappointing overall. It does bubble when you turn it on so I am assuming that it actually makes hydrogen. We were going to order another for my wife but after this one we are going to pass.

I have been waiting for my replacement bottle since 10/10/2025. As of today I have not received it. Your shipping usually is suppose to take 3-7 Business days. The tracking # shows a label was just made??? Why is that? When should I receive it?
I'm anxious n to get started & hopefully no issues with a non working bottle. Please help!

The company told me where each component was made. I have had other bottles in the past this one far exceeds any expectations I have had for all the ones I have tried. I've had cheap ones and more expensive ones. This one is right in the middle and is of the best quality I have had or used, and it helps my energy each day I use it as well as hydrate me quickly! best purchase ever!!

Scam! On the website, it states "Independently Tested. Certified to IHSA standards" yet a certificate is nowhere to be found.

They have just modified a H2 Analytics logo and put it on all products. The only certificate is from a fake Swiss lab that doesn't exist. Approved By: Dr. Stefan Müller, Chief Water Quality Scientist from Swiss Water Research Institute.

There is no such institute or such a person.

The same goes for all other badges displayed on the website.

This is criminal. Reported to FTC.

Customer service is exceptional. They are responsive and effective. One of two Ion Bottles we ordered separately didn't arrive. Andreah in customer service went to exceptional lengths to try to track it down. It turned out that the problem was on our end because the staff in our building didn't notify us that it had arrived. But the response from Ion Bottle was fast, attentive and genuine. Great people. Great product.

The hydrogen water bottles that I have gotten from ionbottles are really well made and are of very high standards. Me and my husband love ours. And they have made a difference in how we feel.
