I have ordered a package and did not received it so I think it is a scam to steel some money of unsusspecting people be aware of this company

Sembra tutto vero e professionale, anche il tracking sembra funzionare all' inizio, ma poi non si riceve l'articolo acquistato ed è impossibile contattarli. Evitare se potete.

This is clearly a scam. I made a purchase and the tracking says it arrived in my city, but strangely, it never arrived.

Attenzione è una truffa ,se avete acquistato qualcosa e vi girano il loro track sicuramente avete acquistato qualcosa da un sito truffa!
Aggiornano la spedizione ma poi non arriva nulla! Se provate s contattarli non vi risponderanno mai!

Terrible service, my parcel has been stuck in Italy for three weeks. I've written to them but no one responds. I don't think I'll ever get my parcel! Terrible, never use them!!!!

Lack of services package didnt reach destination no communication between cutomer and agent no response i give the company a 1 star rating for lack of responsibility to satisy the customer because of loss of package just saying the company is a scam its been 5 months i still didnt recieve my package either it got lost in delivery damaged or stolen or sent back idk but communicating with them is poor no response basically its a scam or just lack of services i wont be using this service. Ever again i got ripped off

Crooks! Got the same messages as everyone else but no package.

I've been waiting for my package which I ordered last February. The information I get is that it is waiting for customs inspection! I believe this is a fraudulent company probably "working" together with other fraudulent businesses.

Scammer! Money lose quarantee! Empty promises.

La fel am pățit, nu este de încredere, de 10 zile coletul blocat la vama, apoi răspunsul la e-mail: Este o livrare anormala, îmi vor retrimite coletul ,sau vor face ramburs la suma. Debitarea din cont a fost făcută la momentul plasării comenzii, pana acum nu au fost alte debitari din cont, sper sa nu fie pe viitor

Had bought several bundles of Pokemon from https :// sudiscounts.shop /?utm_tag=1 (Funny Enough, can no longer access the website). This was on 1/2, Got pretty solid updates up until 2/1 (Shows up a little late, ok whatever). Then on a random Sunday (02/02), marked “Delivery Exception”. Funny to believe “Jonas Curme” was also emailing me my tracking, assuring all was good.. Got the same email as the rest of you thus far “Dear customer I checked your logistics information, and your package showed an abnormal delivery. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In view of this situation, do you need us to resend the goods or refund you. Look forward to your reply and thank you for your support and understanding.” , Also had fraudulent charges made on my Credit Card. Was curious if any carrier that would deliver (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS) were in possession, none were familiar with the tracking number, nor had possession. I’m not one to usually fall for these tricks, but they surely got me.

FRAUDULENT WEBSITE
I purchased a Christmas present for my husband in December. I never received the item. I emailed customer service and this was the response the first time I emailed:

There may be a large number of goods to be inspected at the customs, so it may be stopped at the customs for a longer time, generally taking about 3-7 days, depending on the local customs policy. I emailed again when I still didn’t receive my parcel. This was the response:
Dear customer
I checked your logistics information, and your package showed an abnormal delivery. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In view of this situation, do you need us to resend the goods or refund you. Look forward to your reply and thank you for your support and understanding.
I let JONAS CURME know I wanted the parcel or refund me if it’s lost. JONAS CURME no longer responds to my emails. This company is fraudulent and steals money and gives you the run around. I am appalled and so disappointed as this was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my husband. I ordered through the Ted Baker website. Buyer Beware!
