invisiblebraces4u Anmeldelser

My experience with invisiblebraces4u has been exceptional, the staff are extremely kind and lovely and the process right from the very beginning has been smooth and nothing short of excellence. I’ve never been so comfortable in a dentist as I have within this situation and can’t wait to see my final results !

I had my virtual consultation with Harvey, he was very knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process in such a straightforward manner.

The service has been great so far.

Harvey is a really helpful person who leaves you feeling inspired and wanting to grow and do better. His humour and charisma always lighten your mood and any conversation with him is a joy

The lady on the phone was really professional and explained everything that I needed to know before I even booked a face to face consultation which was very reassuring !

I had my initial consultation with Jamie and he was brilliant. He talked me through all the steps in a professional manner and answered any questions I had. The process of getting booked in was quick and easy and i would recommend invisiblebraces4u to anyone wanting to improve their smile or just feel confident again.

Josh was very nice and friendly, very patient and reassuring.

Terrible - lied to me during the consultation, which i then paid for the treatment to be told at week 5 I need a consultation with my own dentist - which i dont have and was never asked during the consultation - now I can't get through to them. However, when the appointment was booked, they mithered the life out of me. Do not recommend

Amazing experience Fromm the very beginning. Extremely helpful and reassuring. Amazing process and great quality. Would highly recommend!!!

Online booking service was very simple and easy, Josh who was my treatment co-ordinatior helped to get me booked in, explained everything really well. Looking forward to going to the clinic in Leeds.

Initial video call with Josh was good and I am booked in for an appointment in the Leeds branch. He explained the packages and what was included well.

i had a wonderful experience, josh was very thorough and helpful in explaining everything. including any questions i had. made me feel very comfortable. overall very happy with my experience. thanks

Super easy to get booked in for an initial consultation. Josh was very informative and helpful, making the process absolutely seamless. Looking forward to continuing with my treatment as I have heard great things!

Consultation with Josh was quick and informative, the information given was easy to understand.

I got in touch with this company about invisible braces and arranged a Zoom call. The young man I spoke to was really helpful and explained everything clearly before booking me in for a face-to-face appointment.

Everyone was so lovely from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, talked me through my options and showed me before-and-after photos, which has made me even more excited to see my final results!

The whole process has been really easy, and they’ve given me a step-by-step guide so I know what to expect along the way.

I’ve had such a positive experience so far and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting invisible braces!

Josh was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable
He listened and answered any questions I had. I look forward to my imperson appointment

The team at the Leeds branch are absolutely excellent, they made me feel comfortable as soon as i stepped in, answered all my questions in detail and guided me through the process. Would absolutely recommend!!

Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and was so helpful with answering all of my questions and telling me all about the process. Highly recommend, thank you Josh!

I booked my free virtual consultation with them and all was going well, I cannot fault the girl as she was lovely - however, I really was not comfortable with the fact that they take pictures on the call and use those to base what treatment you receive/how much you pay. Then, I wasn't given any warning and no questions were asked regarding whether I wanted to proceed, but payment details were taken there and then.
I felt very pressured to give my details, agree to a financial plan and pay a whopping £191 deposit, which I have just had to spend 20 minutes on the phone to try and get back.
Since my consultation, I have had more consultations at other practices that have warned that they've had clients come to them after using IB4U and having issues or incomplete service. So don't bother using this company to save money as it's possible you'll have to spend more elsewhere to finish your treatment/fix any issues.
The good reviews of this place are fake - people pay £25 for the consultation and are then told they can get it back by leaving a good review. The real reviews regarding treatment are all horrendous - they either never got the product, or got ghosted and had to contact constantly for months regarding a refund.
STEER CLEAR AND GO SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE!

The staff are very polite and explain everything clearly which made the whole process easy to understand, and i also really appreciate the fact that they let you see and discuss your expected end result before starting. I wanted to try and improve my overbite, so I mentioned this to my dentist and he adjusted the 3D simulation to show how my teeth could look. It made me feel listened to and reassured that my goals were being taken into account. Overall, a really positive experience!

Josh was great and answered all my questions!
