Terrible customer service. I had made an order for the wrong size, but was able to email them before it shipped out and they told me they were able to change the order. Once I received my order, it came in the wrong size. I emailed customer service back and was able to provide all information needed in order to make the exchange. After 3 weeks, zero updates or replies about an exchange being made. Once you’ve made an order, customer service does not give a crap about whether or not you got the wrong order.

I purchased a pair of shorts from them during the black friday sales, the item arrived with a hole in it, I emailed them, they asked for photo evidence which I responded to, ever since I have been completely ghosted by them, it has been 5 months and still nothing.
The owner of the business has also gone and offered discounts to people that rate them 5 stars on here so do not trust the reviews.

If I could give negative stars I would. Put in an order over a month ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve tried contacting and tried to get a cancellation for the order with no response. Absolute garbage customer service and company in my experience. I will never use them again.

Waited over a month to get the wrong sized sweatshirt.

Sizes arent accurate. Tried to make a return and met all the criteria of the return, original packaging and tags still on, only put it on to see the fit. but they're denying a return because it had hair on it. Are you kidding me? You run a clothing business and deny returns because of hair? You inherently accept that risk of people or pet hair when you run a clothing company. Take a lint roller to it. Nowhere under the return section does it say we can deny returns over hair. And they make you pay for your own shipping both ways.What's to stop me from taking a lint roller to it and sending it back?
They offered an exchange because it's not eligible for a refund because of hair. I'm sorry, how tf can you offer an exchange when you originally stated that you can't accept it to begin with? You'd be keeping the item either way, just refund me!
When they did do the exchange, it was an 90$ item in exchange for 2 40$ items. they only sent one and waited 17 days after I contacted my bank for fraud to respond. They want me to pay to ship it back again. no refund me the difference or send the second item. I've never had a good experience with this company.
All the reviews on the site have been curated, all the positive reviews are left up, but the negative reviews are actively being removed. And typically they're the ones with most detail on product and customer support quality.

It’s been over 3 months and I have had no communication on my order. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The customer service is horrible. Placed a order back in November-december time frame and part of the order was canceled by them for no longer having the item in stock. They are refusing to give a simple refund of the item that was not received and keep pushing store credit. Have told them multiple times that a refund is wanted. Now they wont reply to the email chain and has been going back and forth since February and still won't process a refund.

This company is horrible they don’t do refunds! I sent my hoodie back they said will give my refund when they check it in the warehouse but the tracking order says it’s been delivered and it’s been over a month yet I have not received anything back

Sent me a defective item ie. black Naruto shorts that had white marks all over it. Asked for either an exchange for proper pair or a refund, was ghosted for weeks, had to go to discord for more info, and when I finally received a response back was forced to pay shipping to send back a defective item and given a partial refund and no refund on the shipping item back. Ghosting me after I keep asking them to comp shipping back since it was their fault they sent a defective item.

Also on the discord they ask all the members to pump out nice reviews even if fake to boost their ratings up in exchange for early access and codes. So fake.

This brand has mixed quality of items. Some I love and some I would just trash.
Lifting belts are nice, my husband and I both love them and have given some as gifts. The men’s shorts are cool but okay quality. I’d say 7/10.

I loved the women’s bra and shorts matching sets until they randomly changed the sizing with no notice. I bought 3 sets in large and always get compliments and talked highly about the brand. They were squat proof, never rolled up my legs and so comfortable. I bought 3 more sets (same size since I already knew this brand fit me and it’s the SAME EXACT STYLE and listing wording) and the Large fit like a XS! I had to give the shorts to my XS friend and she hates them. Not squat proof and rolls up anytime she does any workout.

I gave them to my friend because when I emailed them they told me I should have emailed them to ask what size would have fit me even though I told them I’ve ordered this exact item in a large before. I couldn’t return them because I opened the packaging they came in to try them on. Crazy the size difference with no notice and still horrible customer service.

I have never purchased from them again which is so sad because I love my 3 sets I got the first time and my belt. Now when people ask me where I got them from I tell them the company has gone downhill and has horrible customer service. They don’t care about their customers and it shows.

Paid to ship item back for return process, then lied and said there was a stain on the shorts (never put on my body). Claimed they will only do a partial refund, why would I pay for shipping $14, to get back money if I was trying to pull a fast one.

They were quick to reply and say I made a stain (lie), but put you on ice (aka let you sit in their queue for you to calm down) when I asked for photo proof.

I think it's bad business practice and the quality of the items are trash. Don't listen to the reviews, that's why I wanted to return it. Just by touching it with ur hand to feel the fabric, you can see that the fabric is too thick just out of the package.

They want to call me a liar indirectly, but not even send me proof that I left a stain, even though I didn't. The audacity.

Terrible customer service. Wont do exchanges and terrible quality. Avoid

Took around two weeks to get delivered which was annoying but they finally came and the Velcro for the phantom wrist wraps were attached on the wrong side of the wrist wrap making them extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I didn’t read that you need the original packaging for a replacement, so even with a defective product they won’t replace them with proof of purchase and images of the defective wrist wraps. So I wouldn’t recommend buying if you want something that functions.

I've ordered multiple times from Invicta, every time my order was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and the quality was perfect.

I absolutely love their merch. Its a very good quality. I have shorts that are at least 3 years old and are used sometimes 2 days a week ang get washed 2-3 times in that same week and they stilll have all the stitches and show no discoloration. Extremelly recomed this brand to everyone, specially my weebs,otakus,etc.

Actually good high quality non generic anime clothing. I personally am not a fan of mesh shorts, but I still wear the ones I got because they look so cool. Sleeveless t's are goated, and compression shirt is awesome. Highly recommend

I was a bit skeptical at first as I’d never heard of this company before but everything from their online community to the items themselves are top tier. I only had to wait 9 days for UK delivery and couldn’t be happier with what I purchased. Exactly as described and the quality is amazing. Would 100% recommend Invicta Kuru!
