I purchased a modular sofa from Intuition Decor Cloud Couch Marketing vs Actual Experience

I purchased a modular sofa from Intuition Decor based on the company’s advertised comfort claims, including descriptions such as “feather-down filled cushions,” “super-soft seating experience,” and a “cozy, cloud-like feel.”

My actual experience materially differed from those representations. The sofa lacked the softness and supportive comfort reasonably suggested by the listing and caused significant physical discomfort/back discomfort.

I contacted customer service immediately after delivery to report my concerns.

The issue was classified as buyer’s remorse, despite my concerns being about product performance and representation rather than simply changing my mind.

While a return was technically approved, I was required to independently arrange and pay for interstate freight shipping from Phoenix, Arizona to Michigan, along with freight-appropriate packaging requirements for oversized furniture.

For a standard consumer, those return logistics create a substantial financial and practical barrier.

Before purchasing large furniture from this company, I strongly recommend carefully reviewing the return policy, return shipping obligations, and independent consumer feedback.

When you reached out after delivery, we asked for more specifics about the discomfort so we could assess whether this was a quality or manufacturing issue. Without additional details pointing to a defect, this was treated as a preference-based return, consistent with how we handle all such cases—not a decision made about your case specifically.

Per our return policy, which applies to every customer equally, returns for reasons other than a verified quality issue require the customer to cover return shipping, while we cover the original outbound delivery. We provided the return address and a shipping label to make this as straightforward as possible.

We're unable to issue a refund until the item is actually shipped back to us—this isn't a barrier we've created, it's simply that we can't refund a product we haven't received. We're happy to work with you to get this resolved; please contact us directly with our customer team so we can finalize your return. thank you

BUYER BEWARE!!!

So many things went wrong that its unsettling.
The products did not ship within the timeframe provided
I was never provided an update on any issues.
I had to email for updates and WAS NEVER TOLD of any back orders
After 2 weeks my order had not shipped and I was told one of the items was on back order and was in customs and would ship when it arrived!
THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL MY ORDER LYING TO ME THAT THE ONE PERSON WHO COULD CANCEL THE ORDER DID NOT SHOW UP TODAY.
THERE IS SOMETHING VERY VERY WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

The single worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Ordered my husband a chair for his birthday, and despite the item being listed as in stock, they shipped it over 2 MONTHS late, and when it arrived, it was the wrong item. They were rude, unresponsive, and difficult to work with on the return. I have never felt so disregarded by a company that clearly does not have their act together.

I love my new sofa from IntuitionDecor

I purchased the Morph Sofa from IntuitionDecor.com
I live in the Vancouver BC area in Canada. My experience has been excellent. I love my new sofa. I'm really impressed with the quality and the design is brilliant.
I was nervous buying a sofa online without being able to try it first, but I am so happy I did. It's really beautiful.
I confess, I was not the easiest customer. I was confused by the labeling on the boxes when they arrived and was concerned I had mis-matched pieces. So I was concerned to even open the boxes. I sent many emails, and sent photos of all the boxes. I was sure there was a mistake. I was wrong.
Customer service was amazing! Their response to each email was prompt. They took their time to answer every email addressing my concerns in detail. They assured me, if any pieces were not right they would replace it, but it was all perfect. The sofa is easy to assemble, super sturdy, it's a beautiful classic design, really comfortable. I'm so happy with my purchase. Well worth the value.
I bought the 4 piece L shaped Morph with closed arms on each end.
Excellent purchase.
I highly recommend. Their customer service is amazing.
Over all. This has been a really positive experience.

I bought a Bellus Loveseat and ottoman…

I bought a Bellus Loveseat and ottoman from Intuition Decor in November and had slipcovers in my cart as well but decided to wait until after Christmas to purchase. I purchased in January and received a confirmation email. then I got an email days later saying they could fill my order because the manufacturer didn't make slipcovers for Bellus. I asked why it wasn't stated on their website and never got an answer. I have been back and forth with the company for 2 weeks and am finally giving up. They wanted to sell me another couch which they said I could 'customize'. I still haven't unpacked the original couch and said I would purchase another couch if I could return the one I had yet to unpack. That led down the rabbit hole of 30 return window. My beef is they gave me NO OPTIONS, so this was the only style in their 5 style offerings that had no possibility of slip covers.
