It was extremely straightforward and easy to get the the digital license, but I'm still waiting for the physical copy. According to Royal Mail tracking, it has only just left the UK. That is my only complaint...

I have not received or used the driving permit. Still waiting for the hard copy. Send me the tracking link. I need the hard copy delivered no later than Friday, March 6, 2026.

It is fast by online to get a digital copy .
If it is in printable version the client can print it and may keep in hand as the charge for it is extremely high. (£55.00)In Uk you can get it for £5.50. I used this service because I forgot to get it from UK authorities on time and I had no time to get it before my travel in the morning. Any way In India no one asked me my license till now, so I don’t know how the authorities will accept it.

I haven't received my physical IAA License. I even had to cancel my trip. I need a refund

In Colombia the international driver licence is only aproved as long as you are a tourist. This means two time 3 monthes tourist visum. After that it isn't more accepted. You should give this information to your customers!

I am waiting for a refund for the service that was immediately cancelled. This rip-off company charges nearly 5 TIMES the actual cost of an IDP, if done through AAA - 1 of only 2 organizations recognized by the US Dept. of State to offer this service. The phone number that they provide on their e-mail is NOT-IN-SERVICE!!!
